Very true about the stretching of thighs and tendons of the legs that sir has emphasised upon. Got a hamstring pull while batting in a game recently ( reached too late to the ground and didn't warm up) and couldn't run too well and got run out on 31. Thank you sir for this video.

Really good basics for cricket training prior to matches as Rameshji said good fitness will give you those extra runs / wickets and affect runouts when you need the most - difference between getting a 50 and a 100 or getting those 5 wickets to keep up the pace and concentration or being active in the field and contributing to the team success!

Hi sir chopra how are you sir i have question and please gave me answer sir my age is 17 years and 4 months my height is 5:12 and weight is 63 sir i do gym as well but the gym guy my trainer told me don’t run mean dont do proper running so sir when i play match so in match i have issue to stop the bowl due to slow running sir what i have to do now I’m confused i have good body mean biceps triceps everything but in running when even i run 1 minute im like dying so please suggest me did i need to continue gym or with gym running as well coz my dream to play for my country please answer thanks for reading my question 🙂
