    Very true about the stretching of thighs and tendons of the legs that sir has emphasised upon. Got a hamstring pull while batting in a game recently ( reached too late to the ground and didn't warm up) and couldn't run too well and got run out on 31. Thank you sir for this video.

    Really good basics for cricket training prior to matches as Rameshji said good fitness will give you those extra runs / wickets and affect runouts when you need the most - difference between getting a 50 and a 100 or getting those 5 wickets to keep up the pace and concentration or being active in the field and contributing to the team success!

    Hlo sir Good evening sir mujhe ek problem ho chuki hai Holi ke baad se mujhe ye back pain feel hua or abhi tak main ye lower back pain ki problem face kar raha hu sir ye pain mujhe lower back side or heel me hota tha or ab bhi hota hai aarthik sthiti thik nahi hai papa ke pair ka 3 baar operation ho chuka hai is wajah se main government hospital se treatment le raha tha lekin mujhe usse koi fayda nahi pahucha exercise or streching bhi ki lekin koi fayda nahi pahucha mujhe chalne firne uthne baithne or yaha tak ki jab main bed pe leta hota hu to bhi mujhe ye pain feel hota hai or ab ye mujhe right side ki lower pasli me feel hota hai isi wajah se main cricket nahi khel paa raha hu sir please mujhe ise theek karne ka tarika bataye 🙏

    Hi sir chopra how are you sir i have question and please gave me answer sir my age is 17 years and 4 months my height is 5:12 and weight is 63 sir i do gym as well but the gym guy my trainer told me don’t run mean dont do proper running so sir when i play match so in match i have issue to stop the bowl due to slow running sir what i have to do now I’m confused i have good body mean biceps triceps everything but in running when even i run 1 minute im like dying so please suggest me did i need to continue gym or with gym running as well coz my dream to play for my country please answer thanks for reading my question 🙂

      Bowling arm ki rotation karen forward is tarike se ke aapka haath head ko touch kare ya paas se jaane ka ahsaas ho.. 3 hafte mein theek ho jayega
