I've been getting emails, tweets and comments to try the Hair Paint Wax, or hair wax color, on my natural hair and I FINALLY got around to ordering it! Here's my first experience using the Hair Paint Wax on my natural hair! I used the purple hair wax color, and also picked up the hair paint wax in red, silver and pink! S I E R R A I will have to try the cream again... it flaked me out something horrible! I am not sure because of the leave in I tried with it but it was so bad and then I was in black and trying to go to work. Now the oil was ok. My 14yr old daughter is trying it this week so when she takes her braid out down by the end of the week I will get to see if it was just something I did wrong or if the actual product doesn’t like 4 c hair.
Can you do a follow up... I want to know did it come off on your clothes, on your car seats, did it mealt some in sun, how long did it last, was it easy to wash out . What did you use to wash it out..lastly.. Thanks for answering all my questions!!🤩🤩

NaturalNeiicey did a one week follow up you can watch in the meantime. She said the color lasted longer than expected, it didn't stain clothes and it rinsed out easy with plain water.
*other comments said the red transfers, but they all wash out clean.
I tried this and had it in my hair for 3 weeks until I washed it. It comes off with just water, but it helps if you completely drench or wash the hair. It is a little messy, it transfers to your hands if you touch your hair, little flakes of color come off.

YES. to all of the above. I used it in March (it’s October now) and promised I wouldn’t until Halloween. I hate wearing it because it gets on my face, in my eyes, on my husband, pillow case, clothes, yes to the truck,
It was easy to wash out but not worth the actual eye and skin irritation.

Honey! I've already bought red, blue, aquamarine, gold and purple. I'm obsessed! It rinses out easily. It actually defines and holds my curl for days. I'll see how it holds up during warmer, more humid weather.

God it looks so good, I had purple hair like a year ago and I was in love with it, but my hair was so damaged so I see this as a really good option. I new about this wax before but I thought that it would show only in light straight hair (meaning that my dark curly hair wasn't a match), but you look so good that made me want to try it for real!

I LOVE THIS PRODUCT!!!!!!!! I did the red and quickly ordered the purple, blue and another red!!!!! It does enhance your curl pattern and give you extra definition too!! It does transfer, but very, very little! I can't wait to do mine again!!

Gemini Naturals is a colored hair gel and not a wax. I like it a lot because it lasts long, doesn’t transfer, easy to wash out and it looks natural. Added bonus it’s a black owned business.

I was just about to suggest this brand! Plus I don't think her formula is waxy. I haven't tried it myself (I've had it in my cart for months) so I could be wrong
@@StacieGlows her base is cocoa butter and shea butter. I own a couple colors. They are vibrant but since I live in a hot climate they do transfer since the butters never harden. The Gemini natural gel formerly pop curl color I also own but find I have to use a lot of gel to get these types of results and the product is costly. It's an aloe based gel. But to each their own, every thing is definitely not for every body.

I bought a 4-pack of Mofajang wax about 4 months ago and so far I’ve only used the silver and white to bump up my already silvering front. Haven’t worn the blue and purple out yet; my ‘fro already scares my co-workers as it is, lol. These colors mix pretty well...I can pastel the blue and purple with some white. Looking forward to seeing what color combos you come up with! Think Oya might like some of that pink?

The thing is none of the lines have natural colors... Even the black has a silver tone to it. For those of us who want to cover grays using non-toxic products and NOT have bright or special color tones, a new line with more standard colors would be AWESOME. By just answering simple questions like how do I know a leave in works if I need A LOT of the leave in cream to moisturise my hair is that normal? I think a consolidated video where she answers FAQs and directs people to certain old videos could help newcomers. Keep in mind she's changed things up over the years after a lot of trial and error. And nowadays I think the natural hair community has gotten more complicated and confusing for newbies with all the shady vloggers, new products, different ideologies, etc. Back to basics!

@@bhunyee yes, sure will! I only use sulfate free shampoos. I used the purple and blue on my twists for my twist out and I rinsed with water and most of it came off Right away. I had a glitter like film that I then washed off with simple hand soap and it came right off!
It came out beautifully. Purple is my favorite color.
