"I sent that picture to my Dad and he said "I heard it once rained for 40 days and 40 nights"" I once had a friend who grew up on a family dairy farm in Oregon. He had that exact sense of humor. Farmers are wonderful people.

Cole, I once shot over 200 at a friend's horse pasture about 20 minutes south of Calgary on a Saturday afternoon. I picked them up with a wheelbarrow and pitchfork. Stan was a fellow who trained horses. He told me to stay away from the horses. I did. It was over-run with gophers. (Richardson Ground Squirrels) I saw people poisoning gopher holes. Those poisons are no longer available. It was common to ask farmers if I could shoot gophers in pastures. I was never turned down. One favourite place was Piapot, Saskatchewan. Your videos always bring back favourite memories. Thank you. We remember you in prayer.
🥂Happy Happy Anniversary to two of the best examples of how to keep a happy, fun, loving marriage going strong for 33 years!! There are few couples you can just look at from afar and just know those two have it figured out. I know in my own marriage laughter and fun have a lot to do with it. Just today we both had a lazy day, which is rare, and we stayed in bed and laughed and giggled about silly stupid things we had done and lived to survive it. We’ve been together 34 years and married 24 in July. We both had very very ill parents the first few years we each cared for. That was our main job and duty at the time. After we lost one we moved the other in with me until she eventually was able to return home safely. We wanted her to stay there even after we married but she wanted to go home. We were both fortunate to each adore the others Mother. That’s kind of rare. There was lots of laughter when they were around. Again, congratulations to you both and wishing you 33 more wonderful years ! God bless you both! ❤️🌹🌹❤️
About 10 days ago we about an inch of rain. 4 days ago about 1 inch more. Yesterday .6 inch rain very welcomed. May be 1.5 inch snow last winter. Congratulations to Tammie and Brian!!!

Brian’s inner dog was showing.. he was out in the field, playing with a stick, and it’s such a good stick, that he brought it home for Cole to play with.. 😊 Happy Anniversary to you Brian. That’s a lot of years together. I lost my wife to multiple organ failure at the end of 2020, and we had just over 30 years. I’m still trying to pull myself out of the darkness that it created, and it helps to get my mind off of it by watching your guy’s videos. Thank you for that. ❤

This reminds me of a story, my grandpappy used to tell me when I was sitting on his knee.. he’d tell me fabulous stories of a time when drops of water actually fell out of the sky! He said sometimes, so much fell that the dirt would get real sticky, and actually stick to your work boots.. can you imagine that? Would have been something to see, I’m telling ya. Ahhh.. the good ole days.

I found your channel a few weeks ago and now have watched every video. LOL I love the way you and your dad interact and work together. I pray that you all get the rain you need so badly. We were very dry all year last year in south/central TX and had to feed hay all year long . We've been blessed with good rains the last 6-8 weeks now and greened up and are very thankful for it. I pray that you all get the rains you need so bad very soon.
I also heard after the 40 days and nights of rain the farmers were asking for a lil more moisture!

We had a rainy planting. 3-4 day work, then 2 day waiting for a month. Then after we finished, the next week, we got a month worth of rain in 4 days.
Hope you got some rain 😉and good to see, that Jefferino again saves the day at right time 😉

As I watched that drone video, it brought an overwhelming calm about myself. When I was younger, even though it was hard work most of the time, there was a calmness about working a field and satisfaction of a hard day’s work.

Ya done good!! Hope rain was in the mix after this. Tell ya what Cole, any man that can open those bags as good as you has MY admiration. I have tried and cussed and pulled and punched and ended up cutting the bag with my knife to get them open. I have NEVER found which string to pull to get the strip off the top!! Just think, most of that will end up being scraped up off the feed lot and dumped in the manure spreader later this year and next!! After being processed by those bovine processors. I sure hope they appreciate all your hard work. Another great video guys, thanks for showing us how it really is. I might add, that is a really gorgeous sandwich lady!!
