What an amazing looking bike 😍 I imagine it would be a great feeling pulling up anywhere on one of those, really nice to see some character and flair coming back to bike design.
Hard to beat Italian styling, and they've always been renowned for their roadholding. Touch reminiscent of the Duke Pantah in that fairing. Probably the best looking lightweight since Aprilia's RS 125/250 and the Cagiva Mito mini 916 styling. 300 should be a good back roads scratcher.
I appreciate your brilliantly filmed and narrated video. It was very informative and entertaining. Unfortunately I think I am too tall for this bike at 6 foot 1.
the disapearing rear brake is a common problem with the combined brake system and its to do with air getting trapped in the crossover pipe esepcialy if its mounted higher then the rear res (as it is on most bikes)
Well done boys another great review and I agree it's the best looking 125 by far from someone that now only rides scooters. But as you said all positive except for one point in my opinion the front mudguard looks way to short at the front more like a cut down rear one and another 125 with the right hp and top speed as there are way to many 125 bikes and scooters that struggle to reach 55 mph
@@motorsforthemasses awesome. My brother occasionally sniffs around 125 bikes so I've made him aware of the MFTM TH-cam page. Hopefully your videos will help make his entry to bike-dom smoother and easier.
Yet another Kraken ,,,,, show ,,, could include insurance bands for the bikes, would be a great help to all ,,,and possible could you do an after market tailpipe ,,bet your fb would sound very different with 2 tailpipes off a hero ,, thanks again guys
Have you tried to exchange the seat with hps125? i don't think it can fit. if you take it off, you will find the new battery slot which used to be under the fuel tank. This makes the seat a bit longer than the old model.
Hi guys, I been watching your vids awhile now since passing my CBT they all great vids keep them coming. This bike just spoke to me and I bought it in red. Its coming next Friday. I Can’t wait would you say it’s good bike for a beginner and is there anything for me to be aware of?
Hi, they ride fantastically, very nimble, simple and fun. Keep an eye on the rear brake on the CBS system. If you use it daily, it should be ok but it can give up on you and need bleeding through. Great bikes to start with!
Would love one & would buy one, except my wife sometimes rides pillion so its game over, same as the Hipster was. I think that same engine is also used in many of the UM bikes like the Scrambler and the Adventure model.
I like this bike looks fun, plenty of flies and bug butts here in Devon want some, I noticed an absence of such on yer teef, shades and fairing shall send some? I like also like the idea of the heat under the seat cannot knock warmth in the Chalfont St Giles.
I am 5' 5" can you get your young chap who is 5' 6" to see if he can touch the ground with comfort, I do not have a dealer near me where I can see for myself, thanks.
i seen your review of the ajs cadwell, was thinking of getting one, now you have done the pagani review, and rode both bikes what one would you opt for, the pagani, or cadwell
Very different bikes indeed. Cadwell looks great, is smaller, slower, air-cooled. The Mondial Pagani is Liquid cooled (quicker, more responsive) Piaggio (Aprilia) engine, looks fantastic. Combined brakes are a bugger and both bikes have had their teething problems with CBS. AJS recently did a recall on them..Mondial tend to accept the rear brake trips out when it feels like it and seem to be sporadic and not on all bikes (like the AJS to be fair). On the whole CBS is a great concept...crap design and I feel the Mondial should have ABS. Out of the 2, the Cadwell will do 60mph and the Mondial 75mph and the Mondial feels and rides better. I would take the Mondial. In fact when I bought my Mondial HPS in 2017, I chose that over the Cadwell then too.
@@motorsforthemasses thanks very much for the information, one other thing are parts for the mondial easy to get im 60 been away from bikes for years last 125 i had was yamaha rd 2 stroke 125, that could reach a ton, was to fast, im tempted to get the pagan, will be in the summer once i do cbt, doing my research as will be my last bike to enjoy, ps love your informitive videos
me again i seen someone said foot position was awful, also you are a mondial owner, how easy is it to get parts in the uk, and are they exspensive another thing that puts me off there isnt a dealer within 150 miles from me, this would be an issue with warranty and services
Stop the music please, the Mondial sounds so good and would be nice to hear rather than the All Creatures Great and Small type sounds. The music disconnects one from the bike.
The music was only over the bits with too much wind noise or buzzing from the wind so the engine and exhaust note would not have been heard. The ride past and final shots had no music, only bike sound.
it doesnt look like this.i like the look of this but would prefer the looks performance and build quality of the ktm duke 125.brand new 2018 models cost less than 4000 with longer warranty. sounds better, goes faster and argueably better looking. i subscribe to your chanel and im often shocked at how cheap sum of the bikes are.real good value.but this time i was shocked wen u revealed the price.Good luk with it anyway,,maybe i will see lots around that you have sold

I have this bike and can honestly say its a blast. If you're thinking of getting one I'd definitely recommend!
When I first looked at this bike I was in love immediately.Great job with a review.Sub+.Greetings from Poland
Same here my friend, ill be buying this beauty next year in Krakow :)
Me to mate, incredible

Thanks from Germany again, this Bike ist my first choice for Wintermonth 😉
Mine arrives next week, can’t wait 👌
Stunning looking bike. Even the mirrors look perfect.
I appreciate your brilliantly filmed and narrated video. It was very informative and entertaining.

I'm also 6 1.....have you tried sitting/riding one of these bikes.

Are you reviewing the hyosung gtr? 😎 keep up the good work, nice to see full reviews and not just 4 hours of helmet cam footage 👍
We did the GTR 2 years ago. Sadly they haven't made a Euro 4 version yet
Great review. Hope I could get one in the u.s.
nice review
Honestly most beautiful 125 ever made

Hey folks, love this vid! Great to see so many 125s on the market. Speaking of which, any chance of reviewing the new AJS Highway Star 125?
We are in the process of arranging a bike to come here!

Beautiful bike. I am Indian
Nice video.
I am 6 foot, and I hope it is not to small for me.
Ok I want one now now now

all these bikes are actually variations of derbi mulhacen 125, engine, frame; just different names and plastics, with other minor mods.
Guys how tall are you please? I'm 6'8 and trying to figure out if this would be a real squeeze for me to use. Trying to get a bit of perspective
i think this is the nicest looking 125cc
Beautiful bike but is the fairing connected to the nose cone? I mean if you damage the fairing do you have to replace it all?
Stunning looking bike, so italiano.
I love the look of this bike but wonder if it can be lowered for a short rider.
That's a fine looking machine. That's coming from somebody who thinks modern bikes look crap.
Great review , well done lovely bike , +1 subscriber ,like 528

Great looking bike👍 Btw whose engine are they using for the 300cc version?
Wait until the review...lol
@@motorsforthemasses is there a review?
Higher displacement version of this would be awesome.
there's a 300
Have you done a review on the SMX Motard?
Just picked up one of these, and the speedo is in km/h... any idea how i amend this? And cannot for the life of me find an online manual anywhere?

as you have rode it, whats your take on foot position
Do you think you,ll be getting a flat track to play with anytime soon?
When it arrives, yes.
are they exspensive to work on, my cousin has owned a ducati and says italian bikes are
Are u guys anything to do with AR motorcycles in Lowestoft ?
I bought the business 4 years ago, changed to my own Company Lightning Storm Motorcycles

"The best looking 125 I have ever seen".......in shuffles the Cagiva Mito 125cc errrhummm. 😊
How much time until the speedo fails?
Why wouldn't they just use a full tank instead of a smaller tank with a tank cover on top?
I have the HPS and i love it ,Gotta say this is sexy.
Bought it... Amazinnnn wtf
What's your top speed?
just why not a 250 for the sport model .. wonderfull looking , but hard to go down in any power if you ride a bigger bike 250-350 would balance it out
its also 300
What will the price be
Will you be reviewing the HPS300??
tom lawrence near the end of this review they said they would be as soon as possible
very lovely review, but one thing Id like to say is, the seat is not called bum warmer, it is called the egg cooker
Lol
Maybe a luggage rack would be perfect
how was the top speed?
after watching this i wanna get the 300. thats not a good thing as i need something big enough to get me down to france
CFMoto MT650...or the new 800 when it arrives
Will it have as many problems as your old Mondial you had?
Hope not
Why would you put music on a bike video?
I have seen them, they look small, i am 5, 11' and 16 stone, probably too big?
I'm 5ft 10 & 1/2 and 16 stone also.
can we put a 300cc motor on the 125cc chassis?
Yes because I thought of doing the same, but the cost of the engine and fitting ancillaries, it would be cheaper to buy a 300cc bike.
any ABS ?
Lovely bike, but I prefer the HPS tbh. Each to their own, though.
The clock looks the same as the Ducati Scrambler.
no passengers allowed?
Let them make a 2 cilinder 600 in this look.
top speed?
So is it Bugatti that will be selling it
3.6 K ? It is in the range of kawasaki and Honda !
Last about 20 miles if one is lucky
Nice bike wrong engine. I really feel sorry for peeps who are learners in this day & age.
😭 19 next year thinking of getting the hps 300
it looks so good but it's so freakin slow
It is a 125 that does over 70mph...in 2019. How is that slow?
It's a 125 what do you want
Ooh dear, it’s a 125, need I say more.
That is not the best looking 125 by a long shot. I've seen better looking lexmoto's 😂
