@@greenvega that's true, I have seen that she is best with err rope, with her light cone though, I'm not sure. just keep in mind that, because of how this game works, there are times when certain amounts of err are not enough to make a change, so instead of just going for every bit of err, it's better to look for people who make calculations and tests and see if x or y amount of err is able to make an actual effect on a character's rotation. Just as an example, my asta can get her burst either with 2 skills thanks to e4 and s5 meshing cogs, or in 3 turns with...1 skill and 2 basics (I think that's the rotation) so that she becomes skill point positive, well vonwaq is a planar set that gives 5% err, but that amount is unable to make any change, it is not enough to reduce her 3 (skill, basic, basic) into 2(skill basic) it doesn't do anything, so it's not worth using it
@@RR71311without her lightcone, ERR rope changes her base 5 turn (skill-basic-basic-repeat) ult to 4 turns, and if you are running landau's or gepard's signature and get hit a lot, it might even turn into 3 turns. This is very important for her HP reversal and team-wide healing

Had 17k jade and 20 special passes as a F2P ,not by choice unfortunately, and l lost my 50/50. If I even had the 5 dollar monthly deal I wouldn't be worried at all about getting her at all. I exhausted all stellar jade that are available in the game so I'm just really hoping that they give us more or give us more ways to get more special passes or jade.

After I got off work today, I decided to spend a little money on Honkai. So, I spent $5 for 300+30 gems, which, when combined with the other gems I had at the time, gave me enough for 2 pulls. I actually got lucky when wishing for her.. I was already on a guarantee and I was early on pity, I think around 20-30.. got both her and Yanqing in the same 10 pull, which I have never experienced two five-stars in the same 10-pull before.. so now I'm guaranteed again, but I did lose the 50/50 on her lightcone.. I know it's usually best to not get a lightcone, but I like to have matching sets.. I still have plenty of time to potentially get it
I had like 70 wishes of savings with 0 pity, and I initally just wanted to snipe Lynx so that I could save for someone else cuz I wasn't that interested in Fu Xuan; but as I watched character guides on her, I decided I'd try and get her cuz she's an amazing support, and so I did pull for her in the end in the process I finally got Bronya, got Lynx E1, and I got Fu Xuan with a few eidolons of other characters; so while I kinda regret using up all my savings, I don't regret pulling for her, cuz now I've got 3 new great supports that'll really change my account and will give me something to work towards for a while Edit: did the math and I got Bronya at 23 pity and Fu Xuan at 68 after that
The one thing i liked about the gacha in honkai star rail is that you can easily get e6 stater characters, compared to genshin that you have to get super lucky to even get 1 of them to c5 and is forced to pull on standard banner
Hsr is already better with the LC banner cause it has 75% chance of getting it, meanwhile in genshin it has 50/% chance and its not even guaranteed cause you might get the other weapon.

Fu Xuan ult barely heals the rest of the team. you can't really solo sustain with her don't you, since in the end she will have 90% HP while the rest will keep reduced and will never be full HP anymore?

had 14k, then got her (50/50) at 30 pulls, then her sig lightcone (i never pulled in the LC banners) at 20 pulls so i still got around 7k iirc (tried to pull more and got E2 Lynx at least) currently got her at 7.3k HP / 1.5k def and man she's amazing :O
1. what is your goal here 2. what other characters you have Fu xuan basically make your team to be impossible to die while she herself is pretty much impossible to die unless you afk without using her skill and ult at all.
If you want a dps go for jingliu. If you don't have anyother sustain besides loucha and care about meta stuff go for fu xuan. She is pretty good and can almost solo sustain most of the content🙃 If you invest in her enough
M inspired me to play around a new account and I got 4 5strs Fu Xuan,Welt,Bronya and himeko also got Lxyns and Fu LC at 71 pity (no regrets) level 22 account.
Fu + Lynx gave me so much value for my acc I'm as glad as having Loucha and Silver Wolf this type of core supports really help me actually get the 3^ in memory on floor 9 and 10 where with out them there's situations where the boss has 2 tap ability and that tends to focus my most squishy support or DPS and killing them no Bailu to revive so its losing me the 3* or i couldnt even finish it. Are they a must not really but they do make my life so much easier + future proofing my acc and now i can only focus on getting good DPS for fun and not care for survivability with any team
She doesn't actually needs ERR that much. With ERR she gets her ult in 4 with HP in 5 but then again with HP she is too chonky to hit the 50% trigger to proc.. so the duration between the trigger & ult is not that high that you'd ever face 0/2 stack at your disposal. It'll always be 1/2 or even 2/2 Not to forget everything of hers scale off of Max HP so it add more value than just getting your ult up 1 turn early.
getting her ult 1 turn earlier is a big difference between 4 and 5. It effectively increases her durability by 20% since her passive heal will nearly always top her off, 1 more hp% main stat isn't going to increase her durability by 20% with the amount of hp% she already has from her other pieces, especially when you can get def% and hp% as subs on your err rope. If you're in easy content it doesn't matter of course but err rope is just better at keeping her alive and also provides more damage (granted her damage is lacking either way so it's not a major factor).

Also in a solo sustain team your dps has to clear waves faster or else the whole idea of solo sustain is a failure. Long driven battle aren't for solo tankers. This is why HP does the work better than ERR rope as you take less cycles
@@semivivusrex I mean both Gepard and Fu can solo tank in a long battle, you just have to build them well. Fu can solo tank for easily even in MoC 10 over 10+ cycles. Yes Fu doesn’t last forever but she lasts more than long enough and err is more bulk in any battle that lasts longer than 4 turns, and Fu easily lasts 4x that. If you’re talking swarm disaster 5 fair, but everyone needs a 2nd sustain to last there.
I was sure I was getting Fu Xuan since I always win the 50/50, so I was actually pulling for E6 Lynx. Got her to E4... Really hoping to get a few more pulls while she's still up-rated
Mine is only 8500hp and can auto mode through about everything. Lol. I can tweak her relics a bit and using a purple chest. Just not getting lucky on relics.
I really can't believe I'm not having a hard time on her ult uptime using an HP rope. Though I'm using her sig LC yeah I think you don't need ER rope when you have her sig LC i even have surplus of Ult I just spam it even if I'm full stacks. My fu is rocking 9.2k hp 1.8k def and 138 spd. And I'm tanking yanqings and d5 swarm nuke really well.
@@greenvega I think I'm fine now, might destroy my build if I change her relics. She's already speed tune and her effect resist 40 percent for broken keel. Well if i get a good def relic I might consider. And also my def is fine now 1.8k def is pretty good.
err rope is just more durable, the 12% err on her lc on average doesn't actually do anything by itself unless you get really lucky and multiple enemies target her. With or without her sig lc you'll get ult every 5 turns, and with err rope you'll get ult every 4 turns. With her lc you'll get ult every 3 turns if you get hit once with err rope and if you get hit twice with any other lc + err rope (effectively making lc's that increase aggro give her more energy than her sig on average). Err rope will increase your bulk by 20% on average since each extra stack will nearly heal you to full and it makes you get them sooner, as well as give more damage since you get ult sooner (her dmg is lacking either way but it's more). err rope is just tankier no matter what you're using since the err on the sig lc isn't enough to often do anything by itself and one more hp% rope isn't making your tankier with the amount of tank stats you're already stacking on your other pieces, you're using err to scale your bulk like dps use crit to scale their atk. If the enemies are easy it doesn't matter but err rope is just tankier.

Cleared all of moc and SD5 with her. As long as you have her sig lc and good enough speed and Don't miss her rotations you'll do fine. Thanks for the input but I think I'm fine with HP rope. 9.2k HP, 1.8k def 138 spd and 40 effect resist is pretty good I'd rather have that rather a surplus energy over stacking her talent I always find her ulting with full stacks. Her trace the extra energy every time she uses skill while matrix is up is really a huge help. Maybe if you are always on auto you might need the er rope. Auto sometimes misses her rotations. That's just me though and my experience with her. I'm not saying your calculations are wrong you will need er rope for longer battles if you don't have good dps units. Me personally I'm clearing moc 10 with just 2 to 3 cycles with my kafka and JY. I'm more comfortable with HP rope and really like seeing her HP high.

usually when someone say something like E0S1 it means that it's 0 Eidlions and S1 of that character's signature lc. E2S1 would be 2 Eidilons on that character and S1 of their sig lc, etc.
So... I got her in all my accounts that I pulled for her ( also lynxs), one of them I was at 0 pulls (had just gotten giga Dan) and had only 25 pulls... did a 10 pull got her and lynxs in the same multi (plus one other 4 star). The odds are good today. On my other account I had to go to 75 pulls, but hey...won 50 / 50.
You should make a whale/dolphin account and on the first anniversary of this game or something like that then compare it with your f2p account Just don't use f2p account characters on whale account Good for content and for fun
FYI ERR + Sprightly Vonwacq + her lightcone allows for 2 turn ult which takes her SP from positive to neutral increasing immensely her DPS also if you have outgoing healing boost, she will always heal to full.

Just go for JingLiu if especially if you do not have Yanqing. It’s good to have a strong ice DPS plus Luocha will help her a lot.

Mine is only 8500hp and can auto mode through about everything. Lol. I can tweak her relics a bit and using a purple chest. Just not getting lucky on relics.

I really can't believe I'm not having a hard time on her ult uptime using an HP rope. Though I'm using her sig LC yeah I think you don't need ER rope when you have her sig LC i even have surplus of Ult I just spam it even if I'm full stacks. My fu is rocking 9.2k hp 1.8k def and 138 spd. And I'm tanking yanqings and d5 swarm nuke really well.
There is a thing called effective hp,u get more profit in defence if u change one of hp pieces to def,so she will take lot less dmg
@@greenvega I think I'm fine now, might destroy my build if I change her relics. She's already speed tune and her effect resist 40 percent for broken keel. Well if i get a good def relic I might consider. And also my def is fine now 1.8k def is pretty good.
err rope is just more durable, the 12% err on her lc on average doesn't actually do anything by itself unless you get really lucky and multiple enemies target her. With or without her sig lc you'll get ult every 5 turns, and with err rope you'll get ult every 4 turns. With her lc you'll get ult every 3 turns if you get hit once with err rope and if you get hit twice with any other lc + err rope (effectively making lc's that increase aggro give her more energy than her sig on average). Err rope will increase your bulk by 20% on average since each extra stack will nearly heal you to full and it makes you get them sooner, as well as give more damage since you get ult sooner (her dmg is lacking either way but it's more). err rope is just tankier no matter what you're using since the err on the sig lc isn't enough to often do anything by itself and one more hp% rope isn't making your tankier with the amount of tank stats you're already stacking on your other pieces, you're using err to scale your bulk like dps use crit to scale their atk. If the enemies are easy it doesn't matter but err rope is just tankier.
@@twigz3214 her sig LC with er rope is just overkill for me, I have her sig LC and I'm on HP rope. I always have surplus ult never died before never been lacking of ult uptime. Cleared all of moc and SD5 with her. As long as you have her sig lc and good enough speed and Don't miss her rotations you'll do fine. Thanks for the input but I think I'm fine with HP rope. 9.2k HP, 1.8k def 138 spd and 40 effect resist is pretty good I'd rather have that rather a surplus energy over stacking her talent I always find her ulting with full stacks. Her trace the extra energy every time she uses skill while matrix is up is really a huge help. Maybe if you are always on auto you might need the er rope. Auto sometimes misses her rotations. That's just me though and my experience with her. I'm not saying your calculations are wrong you will need er rope for longer battles if you don't have good dps units. Me personally I'm clearing moc 10 with just 2 to 3 cycles with my kafka and JY. I'm more comfortable with HP rope and really like seeing her HP high.

usually when someone say something like E0S1 it means that it's 0 Eidlions and S1 of that character's signature lc. E2S1 would be 2 Eidilons on that character and S1 of their sig lc, etc.

So... I got her in all my accounts that I pulled for her ( also lynxs), one of them I was at 0 pulls (had just gotten giga Dan) and had only 25 pulls... did a 10 pull got her and lynxs in the same multi (plus one other 4 star). The odds are good today.
On my other account I had to go to 75 pulls, but hey...won 50 / 50.

FYI ERR + Sprightly Vonwacq + her lightcone allows for 2 turn ult which takes her SP from positive to neutral increasing immensely her DPS
also if you have outgoing healing boost, she will always heal to full.
