Favorite trucks are single cab short beds and know how hard they can be find. My dad knew that I liked that kind of truck. So he searched until he found a 2010 ram 1500 trx4 single cab short bed. I don't know how many of these are out there but it's damn few it seems. This truck has zero rust a straight body it's absolutely gorgeous in bright white with a custom kind of bronze one third on the bottom paint job. Being the trx4 of course it's the heavy duty off-road package and has the 5.7 hemi. Another cool thing about single cabs is the air conditioning is overkill in the small compartment LOL. To say I love this truck as an understatement especially considering my dad found it for me

i had a 2wd in indiana... never got stuck in snow...had to lower down in winter ...... bmfer very tough!! i beat the wheels off it and still rolled like a champ 2003
Got that same exact truck. I hear the same thing here in GA about the 3.6L V6 engine and 2WD, but it’s perfect for me as I prefer hiking into the fishing spots (good fuel economy too). You’ve got an awesome looking truck there. Definitely gonna rewatch this video in the future for inspiration.

I've done some modifications to the engine and computer chip and had a freind reprogram the computer plus add a turbocharged to it. I gave many V8 a run for their money. Loved what you did to the truck. I wouldn't be ashamed to own or drive it !
The v6 is not that much more fuel efficient than the hemi. A stock v6 can be more fuel efficient but once its lifted with tires you want the v8 to push that full size truck and lift/tires otherwise mpg goes down as the motor is working harder. It's a nice truck and what matters is that it works for you but for that setup you would have benefited with a hemi.

Hey bro love the truck, i'm in AZ too, got a 2wd V6 1500 (2017). Mine's a crew cab, so it's bigger, did you have a shop remove just the mid muffler or was it the resonator delete also in the rear? I had them remove just the mid muffler under the truck, I might want to completely straight pipe it get rid of the rear resonator. You look like Captain America @ 9:04! Beast!
love your truck but I think you'd have a better ride experience (especially on the highway) if you had just gone with a front end level (2 inches, shocks/control arms) and a flush stance with your wheel set up (20"-22" wheel height, 9.5"-10.5" wheel width). I'd maybe even come back down to the 275/33" tire size. Still I think the culprit is the aggressive stance.
I'm wondering if it's the lift. I've had 2 companies now tell me that I can't lift my 2012 single cab 4" because the rear driveshaft will have too much angle to it and it will induce a vibration and a wobble at certain speeds. I've been told 2 inches is about the most you should go unless you commit to custom work to fix this problem. I've been searching everywhere to confirm if this is the case and this video makes me wonder about it.

It shouldn’t be your tires thats causing the wobble, you most likely need a sway bar for the back. Or have you tried getting an alignment?

I've had 3 of the 3.7s don't go to far from stock size tires if you have a auto trans they search for gears like crazy
