I love watching dinner prep videos to get loads of inspiration for what to cook for my family and thought that this would make a fun video for you to see a week of meals that I Prepare as a busy working mom. I’ll take you along day by day and show you what I prep.

1 and 1/2 cups water
1 tbsp yeast
1 tbsp sugar

I can't say enough how much I enjoy learning from your videos, I'm continuing to pray for all the victims of the war in Israel as well as every Jewish person. The way your culture is so family oriented is so beautiful that it's helping me improve how grateful I am for my family despite losing my parents and brother to a terminal illness so young and remaining close to my Aunts, Uncles and cousins.

Sonya, this is such an inspiring video for those times when we have foods and seasonings that we need to use promptly. The salmon and mashed potatoes look delicious for lunch or a light supper. Add your broccoli and tossed salad, and there's a full dinner. The pizza dough meat pies with an egg topping look wonderful, and I like the idea of a vegetable version with mushrooms, onions, and peppers, then the egg. So many good ideas that I have watched this video twice. Thank you!

I so admire your cooking skills. It's great that your children aren't finicky about eating certain foods. When I was a child, we never had salmon or fish of any kind. We were what they call landlubbers. (Probably misspelled) it means that we were in the middle of the country, not near any oceans. And green beans, stewed tomatoes and liver were the ultimate worst. I've tried some of your recipes from other videos and they were delicious, but not as pretty as yours. Stay safe, and know we're praying for you.
