I built my grandaughter a 19 string "Irish lap harp", (but really not lap friendly) and she has been taking lessons , and enjoying the harp, for 2 years. But I would like to make a more portable , "simpler" instrument, which she can integrate with her harp skils. What harp do you play ? I think I could make it! But maybe with a few more strings?
