    I am a feminist, an Arab, and I am proud every day. I become more certain every time I read men’s comments about female victims

    Mrym, I truly admire your courage for addressing such an important and sensitive topic. It takes real bravery to open up about this. However, as a fellow feminist, I just want to offer a gentle piece of advice: be cautious about how you approach these conversations, especially in a society where such discussions are often linked to religion. I once made a similar mistake, and it nearly cost me my job and some close friendships. Your voice is powerful, and l'd hate for anything to hinder the impact you can make

    The problem is that men and some women don’t get what feminism is and why it does exist. They think it’s based on hating men or disobeying religion which is not true … feminism gives women a voice, and some people say that we don’t need feminism in the first place. Wtf? And when their sisters , mothers .. get r&ped or hit or humiliated or excluded from an opportunity they really deserve ,, they care at that moment! So why don’t you just consider every woman as a sister to u as a HUMAN who has a value and who has a huge role in your presence? Great video mimiii 💋

      you know even bringing their sisters and mothers to get a bit of empathy is actually sad . we are not even seen as individuals with actually brains and hearts . We tend to talk about females in their families to get a little bit of their jealousy which just prove how much men are the most selfish and exocentric creatures in the world (the theory of women gives to the nature and men takes from the nature ). Every single thing that men set up in this planet is for their own benefits , they dont care about women as individuals , they actually care about them self and how other men see them , they crave each other attention . thats why women were always seen as a prize (getting the prettiest one) , sex objects, a machine to give birth . Men dominating the world and getting the best jobs and the best statues is due to forbidding women from their own right such as getting education , have a job or even speak in public and not because women are brainless or idk what kind of mysoginistic reasons they tend to come with ( sorry for my bad english 💋 💋 )

      As much as I agree with you, we can't shift the blame from the feminists who misrepresent the whole cause in the first place, because yes many people have a false image of feminism and what it truly stands for, but who's to blame for that other than feminists with radical beliefs and louder voices

    Every idiology or movement has an extreme side, regardless of how much it's "ideal" according to the definitions by the members will claim, 'cause this is the human nature.
    Women should be treated equal as men and that's obvious and shouldn't be a bit controversial, in my opinion the issue is that if feminism could achieve all the demands, the Society is going to be completely different (i can't assume it's going to be ideal and more practical than the past) one gender will be fulfilled and the other will be annoyed because such ideology focus on satisfying a special bunch of folks rather than the entirety.
    Changing the human psychology that was built by "society" (I guess) for hundreds of years ain't that easy.

    • @reda-bhayer-1001
      @reda-bhayer-1001 3 วันที่ผ่านมา +2

      From an Islamic perspective, your points resonate deeply, as our faith emphasizes balance, fairness, and the inherent differences in the roles and responsibilities of men and women. Islam established a framework for equality that is not about making men and women identical, but about ensuring justice and harmony while respecting their unique attributes.
      You’re correct that every ideology, no matter how ideal it appears, has the potential for extremism because human nature is prone to imbalance. Feminism, as an ideology, often focuses solely on the challenges faced by women, which can lead to the neglect of broader societal harmony. Islam, however, addresses the needs of both genders without favoring one over the other. It provides a holistic system where men and women are partners, each with roles that complement and support the other.
      For example, Islam grants women rights to education, financial independence, inheritance, and the right to work, all while recognizing their unique qualities as mothers and caregivers. It also sets responsibilities for men, including leadership, provision, and protection, ensuring a balanced society. This system is designed to avoid the frustration or imbalance you mentioned, as it seeks to fulfill the needs of the entire community, not just one group.
      Regarding societal psychology, Islam acknowledges the deeply rooted nature of cultural and societal structures. It doesn’t impose sudden, radical changes but instead provides guidance that evolves with time, gradually reshaping society in a way that aligns with divine wisdom. This approach respects the natural order and ensures stability while addressing injustices.
      In conclusion, the issue with ideologies like feminism is that they often seek solutions based on human logic alone, which can overlook the comprehensive understanding of human nature provided by divine guidance. Islam offers a balanced and timeless framework that uplifts both men and women while preserving societal harmony, showing that true equality is rooted in justice, not uniformity.

    i recommend a book that i am now reading: Le mouvement mondial des femmes - Peggy Antrobus, et j'aime l'aproche du livre, qui se focalise sur les monvements des femmes dans les pays sous-développées et en voie de développement. How feminism actually raised in those areas and how the first feminist waves had a majority of non- white leaders. We have this idea that feminism is this intruder western ideology, when really there is a big african history to feminism, just overshadowed by a neoliberal western centric feminism.

    You are discussing this issue from a Western perspective. As Muslims, this does not concern us. They were and still are backward in terms of treating women. Our religion has strengthened women. So, if God’s law is applied there, where the true value of women is, you are placing yourself with them and their beliefs as if you are one of them. They are the ones who need this movement. We do not need it. Our religion is much better. I hope my message reaches you. I love you, but I do not like how you are proud of a belief that should not concern you or be part of it as a Muslim woman.

      Jazak Allah khair for your honest and clear message. As a Muslim man, I completely agree with your perspective. Our religion, Islam, has honored women and granted them great rights that were unheard of in any other system, past or present. Islam elevated the status of women, making them equal partners in life while securing their rights as mothers, wives, daughters, and sisters
      Movements like feminism arose in societies where women were oppressed and denied their basic rights. These societies needed such movements to address their injustices. However, as Muslims, our faith addressed these issues over 1400 years ago, granting women their full rights in a balanced and just manner, without extremism or excess
      Thus, we do not need to import these Western ideas or movements. Instead, we should take pride in our religion, which established harmony between the rights and responsibilities of women and men and upheld the dignity of women at every stage of their lives. Islam does not differentiate between men and women in terms of human value or honor but assigns roles that suit the natural differences between genders to ensure balance in society
      In conclusion, I fully agree with you that, as Muslims, we do not need to imitate Western movements or follow ideas that do not align with our faith and culture. It is enough for us to adhere to the teachings of Islam and apply them correctly, as they are the true path to achieving justice and harmony for everyone.

      @ It’s true that many people don’t fully understand how Moroccan women lived in the past. However, when looking back, it’s important to recognize that Islam granted women dignity, rights, and protection long before many societies did. The issue often isn’t with the religion itself but with how some people misapply or misunderstand it.
      If Islam were practiced correctly, it would provide a balanced and just life for both men and women. Unfortunately, as you pointed out, there are men who misuse religion to justify mistreatment or to impose a life of servitude on women, which is not reflective of true Islamic teachings. Women’s empowerment comes from understanding and applying justice, balance, and mutual respect, not from cultural distortions of religious principles.

    • @FatemezahraBouzroud
      @FatemezahraBouzroud 2 วันที่ผ่านมา

      We know how women were treated before and until now and they are still suffering and will continue to suffer as long as Allah's law is not applied. The problem is that instead of women saying that Allah's law should be applied to them in order to be fair to them, they searched for a Western movement that does not treat them fairly as a Muslim woman and they fight for it to be applied in a Muslim country. The problem of men that they are challenging is that our religion told you to choose a pious man who fears Allah in you, then you will take your rights and live your life normally. It did not tell you to choose a person who did not respect Allah's rights. How will he respect you then?
      Our religion have the solution for everything women nowadays look for other solutions in western communites.

      The core idea of feminism, which is equality and fairness, is important, but sometimes it gets misrepresented or taken to extremes, which causes some to feel uncomfortable with it, even women themselves. True empowerment comes from recognizing and respecting the roles and contributions of both men and women, without leaning toward ideologies that might create division. Balance and mutual respect are key to achieving real justice for everyone
