    You are such a gift. I appreciate you immensely. I have started having seizures. Since I started doing your videos, the seizures have stopped. 🙏🧘‍♀️

    Great series Ally! While reading a presentation on Ayurveda this weekend I discovered my dosha is predominately Vata. These practices are the perfect way to bring me back into balance. How lovely! See you in class, dear teacher!

    Wonderful practice Ally. I have chronic back pain and I'm getting back into the habit of practicing on my mat instead of chair yoga or quick practices in bed. Huge relief of pain, thanks so much! Love and light 🧘🏼‍♀️ 💜

    This is great thank you, I have ME/CFS and looking into the role of the nervous system in this illness. I did 15 minutes of this and it was great. I would love more gentle yoga videos. Thank you so much Ally.

    I had a brain impairment and fully healed myself using neuroplasticity, heart math and your yoga nidras for 2 years! What’s crone pose while doing nidra? I tried to look it up but goes to crow pose? Tysm love you Ally ❤🙏🏼🧘🏻‍♀️

      Wow, that's so amazing. Great work. Prone pose is actually just when you lay on your belly instead of your back. Some people prefer it for a little deep breathing with their belly against the ground before Yoga Nidra or even through the practice if they can't lay on their back. :)
