@@vinncubus4628if you have enough time to pull up a camera you have enough time to retreat and call the police. Dont be a part of the problem. Having video being taken on a mobile phone during an incident means it already started by the time you get the camera out. Thats why street and security cams are so much more valid as a means of evidence.
