RIP Toby Keith. We lost you just today. I am saddened for all his fans and his wife and children and grandchildren. Sleep in peace Big Dog you are loved.
Toby has made a lot of patriotic music “The Angry American and American Soldier “ Both great songs. He has some really funny songs. Red Solo Cup , I wanna Talk about me and more. Very beloved in and outside of country music 😊 He performs for soldiers overseas a lot.
Loved the reaction! If u liked that, you may also like "I Wanna Talk About Me", "I'll Never Smoke Weed With Willie Again", "Trailorhood", "It"s A Little Too Late", "How Do You Like Me Now", "Red Solo Cup" & "Shoulda Been A Cowboy" by Toby Keith (the official videos add to the humor ;-)) Also along these lines, ill suggest Brad Paisley "I'm Gonna Miss Her", "Alcohol", "Celebrity", "Ticks", & "Start A Band" feat Keith Urban. Another artist is Blake Shelton " Ol'Red" & "Some Beach". Johnny Cash "A Boy Named Sue", "One Piece At a Time", & "Cocaine Blues". Billy Strings,"Dust in a Baggie". Billy Strings with Willie Nelson "California Sober", Willie Nelson w/Snopp Dogg, "My Medicine" & One more is Alan Jackson "Chattahoochee", "I Dont Even Know Your Name", "Country Boy" & "It's Five O'clock Somewhere" (feat Jimmy Buffett). You cant go wrong with any/all of these-the lighter side of country music for when u need a heavy emotion break 😉😁❤️🔥 Thank you! Love to you & yours from TN!
My darling, I am a senior citizen, a Grandmother, a not so much pillar but for sure a speed bump in my community. This is MY song, I was the hot chick at the bar, the rock & roll goddess, the bad ass street fighter that could kick ass and take names, the girl the other girls hated! I laugh my ass off every time I hear this song, it is FACT! I had already fallen off the proverbial cliff of age when this came out and it really made me feel better about getting old!
Toby passed away February the 5th from stomach cancer, Toby was 62, he was the best ,and so Loved by everyone, please look him up, and listen to all his music❤️❤️
I was 19 years old. I just arrived to work on Jaws at Universal Orlando. I was handed a button down from wardrobe and told to help evacuate the guests and make sure we get everyone out safely. We had a patrol of f-16s flying by and I was told to not let the guests know what happened or that the governor called directly and said us and Disney are potential targets. I went to go home after I did what I was told, and the highway to my house was closed, and I had to stay with a coworkers mom because I couldn't get home. I tried to abbreviate this as much as possible, but I have so many hard memories from that day. It's also the reason I joined the army.
Toby was a great guy i meet him a few time in my time overseas we flew him around to small little outpost in Afghanistan. just him and his guitar and he would sit and play songs and just hang out with troops and once in Germany he came to play a concert for the troops there and the night before he went to the post bar and paid the tab for everyone that night. a true American he will be missed.
Toby converted me too. My best friend loved him and literally dragged me to his concert in 2010. Had a BLAST at that show and will never forget it. RIP Toby Keith, see you in heaven 🕊️
Seb, I love that you, a Chilean immigrant (BTW, welcome to the club!) have discovered the country music genre. Country, like Jazz and Blues, is one of the most American genres. In fact, it is a terrific representation of this country of ours, we took African-American Gospel, European Folk, Mexican guitar, African drums, European piano, and more, and 'melting pot' -style, put it all together to tell the stories of small towns, blue collar struggles, morality, Christian faith, and patriotic pride. Country tells a story - *real* Country, always, tells a story - and rough or easy, it's a story of hope, perseverance, hard work, simple values, family, faith, community, and patriotism. Welcome to America, and to America's music, Brother!
Toby has a fun one called "Trailorhood". Another one about that neighborhood is Ashley McBryde, Caylee Hammack & Pillbox Patti "Brenda Put Your Bra On." Seriously....It's hysterical.
I agree with all the songs Donna listed below. Also, I would like to add "I Love This Bar"!! If you want to see the patriotic side of Toby check out "Courtesy of The Red, White and Blue (The Angry American). Toby wrote this song after 9/11. It's amazing!! Great reaction.
Toby Keith has some great songs so whether you need to hear something heartfelt, patriotic, romantic, sad, melancholy, inspiring, thoughtful, or just plain funny, yeah especially funny, then Toby’s got what you need. My favorite songs by Toby Keith are Who’s That Man; Wish I Didn’t Know Now; You Shouldn’t Kiss Me Like That; He Ain’t Worth Missing; We Were In Love; Upstairs Downtown; How Do You Like Me Now; I Wanna Talk About Me; American Soldier; Trailerhood; A Little Too Late; A Little Less Talk and a Lot More Action; and of course Courtesy of the Red, White and Blue.
One of the funniest songs he did was "It's a Little Too Late"! The video is dark at first, but turns hilarious later!!! You can also find "funny country" with Trace Adkins: "Ladies love country boys", "Marry for Money", "I Got my Game On", and the weirdest video I've ever seen, "Brown Chicken, Brown Cow".
Most of his songs are humorist or made more so by the video. the song he wrote after 9/11 "Angry American" is great and his song "American Soldier" is a great tribute to our armed forces.
You MUST react to Toby's big hit song..Should of Been a Cowboy. My fav video of this is the one where Toby is performing for the military all across the middle east. You will love this one, and relate!! EVERYONE is singing along..."Shouda been a Cowboy"
I hope you are doing ok,as I suffered a stroke in '20 and for sure am not as good as I once was. Before my stroke I worked on both of Toby's private jets.He is a good guy!
Hard to believe he's gone! He was such a big, tough, strappin' guy. When I first heard he had cancer, there was no doubt in my mind that he would beat it. I just couldn't imagine anything defeating that man. But, sadly, it did. Thanks for all the great music, tours in Iraq and your decency!
I met Mr. Keith once on the sideline of a football game of his highschool Alma mater. If he was an extremely cool guy we chatted for a while and he was just very humble especially when he found out I was a veteran.
I big thing you should remember is that George and Tammy were going through there toughest times in their relationship at the this was recorded. And They both loved each other until they both passed away. Years later they recorded another album together.
Yes definitely, How Do You Like Me Now is a great one and shows his funny side as well as Beer For My Horses! Welcome to the Toby Keith rabbit hole! Great reaction!
Toby is a true patriot. I’ve seen him twice when I was working as an explosives dog handler. He is hilarious in person, and has some “special” songs just for service members. Keep him in your thoughts as he fights his cancer battle. We don’t want to lose him. He’s one of the good guys.
You'll really like his song I Want To Talk About Me. It's hilarious. Lady A has a couple fun ones. Downtown and Freestyle. Little Big Town has Pontoon and Whiskey, Wine and beer. They are all really good☮️
If you're getting into Toby, you should check out "I'm crying for me". He wrote it when his friend, former NBA player and jazz musician died of cancer. Very moving song.
Toby Keith is a great patriot. He is constantly playing for U.S. Troops all over the world. He is awesome. You HAVE to check out Courtesy of the Red, White and Blue.
Toby has and entire song, a huge hit I might add, about Red Solo Cups, predictably called "Red Solo Cup". The video is chock full of cameos. It's totally worth a watch. But as far as fun songs and videos, I think you've found your man. Look through your Upvoty list. I'm sure there are tons of great ideas. My, personal, favorite video is "A Little Too Late" because it's a crazy serious song, and just an insanely funny video. Some other country artists with funny videos include Maddie and Tae - "A Girl in a Country Song" Brad Paisley - "I'm Gonna Miss Her" Blake Shelton - "Some Beach" Conway Twitty and Loretta Lynn - "You're the Reason Our Kids are Ugly" Joe Nichols - "Tequila Makes Her Clothes Fall Off"
John Denver's father was die hard military so the family moved a lot! I think his music is amazing. It was my era! I believe (?) this song, in part might have been about his fried who borrowed John's motorcycle to explore the mountains and had an accident and was killed.
About 20 yrs ago Toby and the band stopped in a little country dance hall my girlfriend and I were at.The band sat with us in the back area. The kitchen was bringing out shrimp cocktail and other great stuff. We were in little Austinburg Ohio. It was a great memory.❤

Toby has some great hits!!! More lighthearted ones like “I love this bar, Red solo cup, I wanna talk about me, how do you like me now”… But the ones that will hit you in the feels are “American Soldier, and Courtesy of the Red, White, and Blue” are a must to react to!
You should check out his "I love this bar". I believe you'll enjoy it. It's actually a place in Chatsworth California called The Cowboy Palace. It used to be my go to place for drinks and dancing back in the day.....
The first time I saw this video, I laughed for a full 10 minutes. Another great artist is Trace Atkins. He had a ton of great songs. But find “I want to Marry for Money.” Hysterical
The way he can laugh at himself is very obvious in a song called 'how do you like me now' I discovered Toby in covid lockdown and he kept me smiling. I also re discovered the amazing Willie Nelson and Merle haggard
He's recovering from stomach cancer. He says he needs to get his strength back and hopes to see us soon. Get well

Brad Paisley, "Waiting On A Woman", is both heartfelt and funny. Also a good video for fans of the late Andy Griffith.

In all honesty, it’s super refreshing to see a reactor actually understand and enjoy the humor in this video and not get “offended”. Thank you
