Driving on the Best Road in the World: The Transfagarasan

The #transfagarasan is the second highest road in Romania, after the #transalpina . It was actually named “the best road in the world” by the #topgear team in 2009. 151 km of #road curves and twists perfectly set if you are a #driving #enthusiast , but also if you want to admire the #beauty of #nature in a #unique location.
The Transfagarasan is only open from late June to October. For the rest of the year, it’s covered in snow.
