This was so well executed. Well... It's just parents instinct I guess? It's like when your child possessed by something else but you didn't know why you feel like that but you don't feel "love" for your child because your spiritual connection is broken. That's why the parents in the modern world become crazy because they don't know why they don't feel like their child is their child.
It's just reminded me with manhwa "S class that I raised" when the parents loved the MC but not the little brother because he born as a "monster" with S class instead as human being like the MC. The MC is lucky to have a nurturer skill from birth without he knowing or else their relationship would like the dragon sibling.
