One of the most 80's - 90's Influenes ,The Style Council.
I'm from the USA and discovered " The Style Council " back in 1984. When I first heard " Everchanging Moods." Which was played on MTV back in the day.
I just love Style Council until now.Thank you so much.

Great band sometimes overlooked or forgotten here in the States but these guys had 15 singles and a couple of them hit U>S> airplay. My Ever Changing moods and You're the best thing were on college radio and WXRt in Chicago back then. I wish Paul Weller was a big star in America but his genious is at home in Britain God bless him. Way to hold up the British end Paul Weller.

Don't know about Homebreakers, but Have you ever had it blue and With everything to lose are WAY better than some of the songs on this list. Also Solid Bond in Your Heart.
Someone said at the other channel why they are not recognized they are genius. When husband I found out about them while ago we fell their music.We were 80's teens. Why because we have to every day listen the news that taylor swift goes on tour from country to country.

From the jam to style council Weller was right to decide to move on if the jam continued with the style council material it wouldn’t of worked being a 3 piece and doing different styles and different musicians jam fans just would not of accepted such a shift in sound and style and more than Paul Bruce and Rick on stage
