I am from Malaysia by the way, I been to Hong Kong, China and Taiwan before so I know some of the rules, but by your rules I think should at in 1 so will be more excited and more balance. So player with ting wu until the end of no more tiles then he can get reward if other player no ting wu. So as you play 3 fan so the rules should apply with ting wu at least 3 fan, with this rules your guys will play more on skill rather depend on luck more because based on your video just got 1 time luck other time no skill, so some player with skill when they change on tiles still can get tingwu until the end without having to let other player win should get some reward as well, this is skill
Sorry just some opinion I give, because I born with family which run mahjong shop from long time ago, so from my young age I already play a lot of different mahjong, so I learn from 1 type in China which after end of tiles anyone which ting wu will open their tiles and collect some reward from the player who did not tingwu as well. I like mahjong a lot because it’s a way a lot of different strategy play out and also can enjoy with friends. But I did encounter quite some friends and player which they even start not to ting wu at all just halfway on the game and make the game so dull and boring. Until 4 round playing only 2 time Wu
And btw your this type of game until last no need to ting wu (for us if until last no ting wu (we need to at least pay some compensation for any player which ting wu (with at least 3 fan ting wu) this type playing then only can avoid all the player not even want to ting wu from the start

The kan kan wu, shouldn’t he won it because already left so little tiles 1 player go and eat the tong ji, thats why they lost, and the fella who got 8 man, if a lot of guy play already know he is going for 10 fan or 3 fan only (but if he 3 fan he wouldn’t just throw all the tiles without thinking because its already so late) and the last game he already should have won it very early because he already got 7 bamboo to eat but change until other people winning in fact his above player not even wanted and bamboo tiles.. this kind of playing style can already know what type of tiles opponent might want it…
And the first game why want fat Choi for what? If you want to play the game jackpot from first time already hit fat Choy lo, later got the Dong then already start planning on hit the Hong Chung first time to avoid other player know that, then if got pong (not 7 bamboo) then only start throw 7 bamboo again, wait another round only start throwing another Hong Chung already start waiting to win siu sei hei lo, as I see in this video both player also scared when they got a chance, a chance for 10 fan is better not to scared on 3 fan or 4 fan right?

Ting wu meaning you waiting the last tiles to win either by getting it your self or got from other player to win.
