Dans le silence et la méditation, nous avons appris à calmer notre mental et à ouvrir nos cœurs à l'instant présent. Comme par enchantement, l'abondance s'est révélée à nous, omniprésente et généreuse.
Ce matin-là, à l’aube, un éveil particulier a eu lieu. Nos yeux se sont ouverts à la magie de la vie, à cette beauté qui nous entoure chaque jour, souvent invisible à nos yeux occupés. Ce moment de connexion profonde avec la nature, avec nous-mêmes, a été un cadeau inestimable.
La pratique de respirations conscientes, l'observation du flux incessant de nos pensées et émotions, et le contact avec la Lumière intérieure nous ont permis de rencontrer notre propre Génie.
La retraite de silence à Diamond House nous a rappelé l'importance de faire une pause, de nous connecter avec notre essence et de reconnaître l'abondance et la magie présentes dans chaque instant de la vie.
Tel Aladin frottant sa lampe magique, continuons à pratiquer ces moments de connexion avec notre âme; pardonnons quotidiennement; remercions à chaque instant et aimons sans condition.

In silence and meditation, we learned to calm our minds and open our hearts to the present moment. As if by magic, abundance revealed itself to us, omnipresent and generous.
That morning, at dawn, a remarkable awakening took place. Our eyes were opened to the magic of life, to the beauty that surrounds us every day, often invisible to our busy eyes. This moment of deep connection with nature, with ourselves, was a priceless gift.
The practice of conscious breathing, the observation of the incessant flow of our thoughts and emotions, and the contact with our inner Light enabled us to meet our own Genius.
The silence retreat at Diamond House reminded us of the importance of pausing, connecting with our essence and recognizing the abundance and magic present in every moment of life.
Like Aladdin rubbing his magic lamp, let's continue to practice these moments of connection with our soul; let's forgive daily; let's give thanks in every moment and love unconditionally.
