Aamon main here, if you want to increase the max shards you get froms skills, buy golden staff, it boost atk sp and as a result it'll be faster to stack up shards, but this has some downsides, while golden staff did boost the amount of shards you can possibly get, it won't increase the magic dmg, so it's better to build golden staff after you got scorch staff, and starlium scythe.
Also extra note there are better alternative than golden staff which is starlium scythe, even though you won't get more shards in a matter of seconds like golden staff did, the dmg increased when using the ult.

A tip,don't go near aamon when he's farming jungle in mid,and specially not in the late game.he can litrally 1 shot you just with his ultimate because he has maximum shards because of jungle.(unless you are sturdy ofc)
