Talk more about trembling and shaking more. I have it throughout the day mostly in the morning. I would love to hear you comment more about that feels like a big part of what’s going on with me as far as like stress response I just I can almost feel like the journal and surges in my brain that funny feeling and then did the trimmers and I think I kind of brought it on my own yesterday I have health anxiety and I just got carried away. How about what if’s and adrenal fatigue I mean it was crazy. I just went off on my own little tangent, and got myself really worked up and panics, but I’m having like adrenal surges with mini panic attacks anyway, I wish you’d come at more about that kind of stuff.

the trembling is your body removing adrenaline from the system. if you intentionally tremble even harder when you get that you'll see it eases off.

      @@jaketepper252 thanks
I wake up in the morning and it just starts like slowly and then the longer I lay there the worse it gets probably my thoughts that are activating it and then I start trembling, not trembling, but having the internal anxiousness I guess and and it usually goes away in the late afternoon evening and then it’s just my thinking too and thinking always. Somethings wrong with me like I’ve been checked out so many times it’s crazy. I’m going to my fourth endocrinologist and all my labs come out good I just keep thinking it’s my thyroid, I don’t know. Thank you so much Jake did you experience this? I’ve been experiencing this morning stuff for about seven months now it is pretty normal for health, anxiety or disorder. I don’t know what it is? Love to hear your thoughts.

The twitching is all over your body and random? If so, you have anxiety. Try some mindfulness practice. Also, you are fine and when you start to accept that you are fine the symptoms will go away - don't let this stuff kill your time

I experience chest pain with my panic/ anxiety disorder. I’ve been to multiple doctors and had multiple test EKG and the D-dimer. I been in disbelief that I have panic attacks/ anxiety which has set me back from healing ❤️‍🩹 because my symptoms were physical I thought I was dying and something was wrong with me I still don’t understand how can something mental can cause so many physical problems I can’t really drive anymore and when I do I avoid freeways the panic attacks are very overwhelming I can’t breathe, my ears hurt , feeling like something stuck in my throat and chest discomfort 😢

i was the same, worse but yes, your mind is more powerfull than you can imagine, the key to recovery is repeating, nothing has ever really happened, ive been free for over a year, but had a small relapse on a 5 hour flight,i was starting to get a panick attack and then i just started praying, then repeated everythings ok everythings gonna be fine,
