I live in Southern California, and last year I bought 11 Eugenia Myrtifolia (Orange Twist Brush Cherry) to provide privacy along a backyard wall. Of those 11, 1 seems to be doing pretty good, almost at the height that I would like to trim it at. For the other 10, there seem to be several varying issues going on. Some of them have full green leaves, but haven't grown any taller since I planted them. Some of them are a bit taller, but have lost all of their leaves in the center of the plant (still have healthy leaves at the top, and the bottom). And a few of them have one of the previous issues, and are drooping over. I've tried talking to my local nursery where I bought them from and they have never encountered these issues before. Any suggestions or ideas as to what could be the issue?
Here because of Bluey, not disappointed thank you
Good information. Thank you
Thanks for the feedback, no worries at all. Happy gardening :)
Thanks for the video. My lilly pilly has started growing all these new branches at the base ... I wonder if I should be cutting those off?
