InshaAllah Even in the "Muslim" countries there is fitna. Alhamdullilah it is Allah (swt) who deems where someone is to be born and to die. And it is HIS will to have anyone anywhere at any given time. (qadr) Allahu alam if I were in a so called "Muslim" country would I be as vigilant in my studies, my salat, my zakat? I didn't say I wanted out, I said I needed help. Big difference. For in every situation we are to say Alhamdullilah. And my dear brother, your statement only sets one up for disappointment and fear of not being accepted by Allah (swt). When one has 100% takwah then they understand the above ayahs of our Creator and encourages others with these ayat to lift them up in these hard times. InshaAllah It may not be my qadr to be in a "Muslim" land. And as quickly as Islam is spreading in the US Allahu alam it will be a Muslim nation one day. May Allah (swt) give us understanding of HIS words and guidance and continue to guide us on the path of Al-Islam, Hanafa. The path of Ibrahim (as) and ALL of our Prophets including the last and final Prophet (saw) until after our last breath. Amen Amen Amen

I was slightly doubtful when you mentioned the topics of them lowering the age of consent to child age but then i remembered that for us Muslims, the age of majority has always been mental maturity and physical maturity, and that mental maturity was lower in those days due to the environment and what was expected of adults. Nowadays because alot of places are so sheltered, some adults in their 30s prohibit the mental age of children subhanAllah. May Allah guide us all

Age of adulthood in Islam is puberty (or 15 years old if their puberty is delayed)
Intercourse is allowed between spouses so long as no physical harm is caused

@@peach0129 There's ayah in the Quran that mention you should be of sound judgement before being considered an adult. But mostly adulthood is determined by puberty yes. Your first point is true for the maximum age, but the minimum age should also be considered. In the case of late puberty 15 is considered, and in the case of early puberty soundness of judgment is considered. Like Aisha RA she had an early puberty (relatively) but her soundness of judgment deemed her an adult in those times

People married quite young all over the world until modern times, but I understand you mean a moral question. In Islam, marriage has accountability legislated by the Creator, where both parties have appropriate rights and responsibilities that must be fulfilled. If any legitimate problem occurred that could not be solved, the marriage could be ended Talaq or Khula.
As for homesexuality, it's explicitly mentioned and forbidden in the Quran
