Turles should be given the super saiyan transformation for Partner Customization imo. It would certainly fit with Xenovers's big "What if" scenario kind of story that it has going for it. If they want to they could even add it in as some extra story/pq content.
Yo Steed! Super souls that buff moves when used have to hit the enemy before their buffs start applying. This goes for the Kamehameha ss, the Galick Gun ss, the Double Sunday ss- it wasn't the case for the Pathetic ss, but then that got nerfed and Blazing Attack also needs to hit now.
Yo warmwater! You're wrong about the Galick and Kamehameha SS's. Double Sunday and Blazing Attack SS's do only buff when you hit with the move, but the Galick Gun and Kamehameha SS provide the buff when you activate the super, no hitting the opponent required. If you actually read the description of the super souls, they even say they have different activation conditions for the buff part in-game. The beam souls read "When using Galick Gun or Earth Splitting Galick Gun" and "When using Kamehameha", in comparison to the single hit attacks "When Double Sunday hits or is blocked" and "When Blazing Attack hits or is blocked" If the Galick Gun and Kamehameha SS needed to hit, then you would instantly reach full buff stacks because each hit of the beam would re-proc the super soul to give another buff stack. Funnily enough, this also means those rare instances where double sunday has hit someone twice would also double-proc the super soul and provide two stacks of the buff, one for each hit. I confirmed all of this by looking through the actual super soul files, feel free to double check me with training mode.

@@sup7751 Since I'm here, another fun fact I just remembered I learned looking into this super soul thing: Apparently, Blazing Attack is comprised of two 'separate' move IDs, the first of which contains a decimal and that is something I've never seen before in my months of modding the game. It's because of that the devs can single out the initial punch of Blazing Attack so you don't get a buff again if the blast hits as well. I assume kamehameha and galick guns aren't built the same way because those supers essentially spawn a multi-hit projectile, instead of having hitboxes directly tied to parts of the skill.
Or maybe just let us just color any outfit we want by ether letting us color the outfits of the mentors but for ourselves or have a npc the let's you dye any outfit for medals like the barber does.

Hey Steed you should try the ranger 18 soul, I thinks it’s “time to get serious…I guess” it’s an XXL boost to everything and an XL speed boost. I use it on my namekian cause they’re slow and mine has most points in HP stamina and basic attack
