First trip of the year, first solo trip & first time in London! ya girl spent a week in London and literally did so much! I’ve literally always wanted to go to London so I’m grateful my first solo trip was here omg!! Meeting new friends, trying new foods + making memories (and mistakes lol). Definitely wanna come back next year bc I gotta experience London in the summertime. I got a lot planned this year so stay tuned for more videos x

Tips!
- Get a universal charger adapter! I plan to do a lot of travel so it just makes it easier rather than buying individual adapters for different countries.
- A lot of places don’t accept cash and are card-only, which is annoying bc you get charged international fees. I still recommend bringing currency though, just keep this in mind! Exchange your currency beforehand for a better exchange rate.
- Don’t get an oyster card; just use contactless payment.
- Pay attention to postal codes!!

Would be my first time planning a solo trip out the country to London and am so excited 😊🎉… any suggestions on hotels and on how much pounds would be okay for 5 days stay in London
Hi!! Wishing you the best as you plan your first solo trip, so exciting! I stayed at Yotel in Shoreditch. I loved the area and it was affordable, so I’d definitely recommend that hotel or any in the Shoreditch area. Another hotel is called One Hundred Shoreditch. That’s on the pricier side. As far as pounds, I’d say maybe 300 pounds and then use your card for the rest. When I went, a lot of places were card only, so I’d suggest getting less pounds bc you don’t wanna be stuck with them! I hope this helps!!

I’m planning on traveling there by myself soon .. any tips ? This gone be my first time traveling alone & out the country I’m scared🥲
you’ll love it! I’m hoping to go back soon:)
Tips I would say is to :
- Book your hotel reservation under 2 people (so know one knows your alone).
- Always lock your items with a padlock
- Do research on areas that aren’t for tourists so you can avoid them.
- Wear a crossbody bag to avoid pickpockets.
- Don’t tell anyone you’re there solo
- Use maps to get around!
