Rather amazing, how many small, PRECISELY manufactured springs and parts, are required to make a single functioning firearm. In this case, a mere side arm, something purely meant for self defense. Sure it can be accurate to about 50m, which I've experienced myself with my 1943 P38, however it's FAR from easy to reach such distance, ESPECIALLY with a moving target lol Not everyone is Hickok45. To think this firearm was designed in the 1930s... amazing. In its own way, it's the most advanced pistol of WWII. Sure it doesn't have the double stack mag of the Hi Power, however it has many qualities. Double/single action trigger, decocker, a prominent loaded chamber indicator, and a 4 piece field strip (mag, frame, barrel, and slide). The fixed mag is also a plus, of course. The P38 directly inspired the Beretta M92, and of course the M9. It is, however, quite a thick pistol for being single stack. Personally, I prefer the M1911A1, TT33, and Hi Power, in spite of the P38's many design aspects that the other mentioned pistols lack. To each their own, of course lol
The P-38 was actually a more reliable weapon than the P08, though the P08 is much more sought after. The P08 was also lengthy and complicated to manufacture.......and expensive.

you take your time to animate this. why don't you do 360 degree views of the disassembled ones??
