I'm a Medical student in China. Your videos are really so effective and very easy way to learn chinese... Thank you so much for your effort and hardworking 💞.
Yishuang you are teaching very well. And I can understand easily. Thanks for your efforts and hardworking to Teach us , hope you will make many vedios 😊
I love how you teach. Just came to Beijing as a student and I must say your videos have really helped me to communicate. Even those who have done HSK 2 wonder how my chinese has tremendously improved. May you be blessed as you continue to do the amazing work.
This is useful since it is used in daily life. It's really amazing that Chinese people mostly use their language to speak, write completely. But we all use both English and tamil language mixed to speak in daily life. Thank you Ma'am
you're so great! thanks for share this kind of info is soo useful to keep learning chinese blessings i wanto to go china so, i want to learn as much as i can. ;)
Your Mandarin and English pronunciation is dandy and your hand movement serves learners of Chinese well since they usually struggle to get their arms around the tones of Mandarin. Incidentally, “台” is more often used as a partitive than “个” to show a quantity of home appliance like “一台电视” .
Thank you Yishuang . I have improved a lot with you. Looking forward to having a Harbin beer with you one day...rated as one of the top 10 beers in the world. I am using the chinese version of my name Jon..
Impressive way of teaching Chinese Mandarin! 我爱你! Additionally you look gorgeous in those Chinese clothes. I will buy some for my daughter. May be you seek endorsement payment from the designers and in the comments you offer link to their selling points. Just an idea !
Thank you so very much your the best chinese teacher i have seen on TH-cam till now , can you please make a video about vocabulary but in the tranditional chinese i wanted to know more about it because literally everyone on TH-cam is teaching the simplified language so I would like more videos about what i said and some grammar 🥰🥰❤️❤️🌹🌹😍
You are NOT only he best Teacher , but you are an amazing teacher !! You inspire people to leach such beautiful Language ... I have not fear no more !! How can I become your Student ? I email you but I have not receive you reply !
Hi Greg, thank you for your sweet comment! If you are interested in private Chinese lessons, please visit my website harbinmandarin.com and send me a message. Please make sure you put your email there correctly, otherwise I won't be able to reach you back 😊
dear teacher , do you have a lesson teachin us to use preposition, to indicate where something is, for instance, the cat is under the chair, the dog is outside, the book in on the table, I am behind something, etc. many thanks.
Thanks for another excellent lesson. I have a question. In your example '她家有一个微波炉。', a measure word is used, however, the subsequent examples, '我家没有洗碗机。', which is similar in concept, and '我很少用吸尘器。' are without a measure word. Is a measure word optional in these situations? In what other situations can we do away with the measure words? I couldn't find a lesson on measure words in your archive. Thanks.
Hi. 台 and 个 are both correct in this case. 台 is a measure word for certain machines, apparatus, home appliances etc. 个 is a general measure word. You can use either.
(很高兴再见面了!) ... And to say that one (or anyone) of such home appliances doesn't work, is there an overall expression, or does it change from one to another piece of stuff? 以防万一.... 就又发生的! 🤷🏼♀️
Hi Luisa, to say a home appliance doesn’t work, you can just say the home appliance's name in Chinese plus 不好使. If the home appliance used to work, but it doesn’t work now, then you would say 不好使了, with the 了 at the end showing the change of situation.

It really helps am a Filipino learning but I'm confused, why is it a bit different from local Chinese here "fhokkien"
Thanks for another excellent lesson.

Hi Babak, I will make a lesson teaching when and how to use measure words. Please watch for it!

Hi. 台 and 个 are both correct in this case. 台 is a measure word for certain machines, apparatus, home appliances etc. 个 is a general measure word. You can use either.

Your lesson are verrryyy handy, don't get me wrong... But I'd really want traditional characters under it... Like sort of subtitels...
Thank you for the suggestion. I will think about it.

Is it possible to say 一台电视 , by replacing 个 with 台?
Hi Andreu! Yes, that's correct. 个 is a general measure word, whereas 台 is a specific measure word for TVs, computers, and some other appliances.
(很高兴再见面了!)
... And to say that one (or anyone) of such home appliances doesn't work, is there an overall expression, or does it change from one to another piece of stuff?

How to say India in Chinese language
It's “印度” in modern times and “天竺” or “身毒” in ancient times.
