This is a great list. Also, for the manicure set, you can put in thin magnetic sheets between the outside and inside fabric to make sure everything stays secure
Great job finding original gift ideas! I've made the fabric blocks for a few children in the last years, and added letters to them (like the letter wooden blocks) so they could spell their name and a few other words. I use scrap fabrics for the outside, tiny scraps to fill the blocks and felt for the letters. When I can, I use meaningful fabrics in the blocks (the ones I'm currently finishing feature a few fabrics that came from the baby's late grandmother and her mom's old duvet covers). Doing the whole thing by hand is pretty time consuming, though. For the rice bags, you can also swap rice for other grains like barley. Make sur it's completely natural fibers, though, since polyester could melt in the microwave. I've also come tho realise it's easier to make the ricebag itself in plainer fabric and make a pretty cover fo it. That way, you can wash the cover, since the heat might create stains on the bag.
Thank you for putting this together, and for the links. I'm on a major budget but have loads of fabric, notions, etc. and want to make useful gifts this year. I am excited to do a few of these!
You found so many project ideas that are cute and actually useful! I love so many of them! I am not skilled at sewing, but I dabble from time to time, so I'm going to add a bunch of these to my "maybe someday" list :)
You are super cute and I loved your video! Also please do something about the noise on this video. you can use reaper which is free and will remove the noise!

You can do it! Even if it doesn't work out, what's the harm in a bit of fabric wasted to learn something new ♥️
Lots of ideas I haven’t seen before… now to make the hard choices of which one(s) to sew! Thanks! 💚
I'm glad you enjoyed 💓
If this wasnt enough, here's some more project ideas!
