When retrieving the drone it has a sensor on the bottom so you don't crash into stuff. You can deactivate it in the settings so you will be able to grab it for retrieval. I hope this helps, I love the content!

Red starts fading at around 8 feet of depth. In Hawaii, we hunt some of these same fish. The Aweo’weo and Menpachi are bright red when they are close to the surface, but diving for them at 30 feet deep, they are totally grey. Red disappears first and blue stays blue the deepest. Aloha.

You might try turning off the down facing sensors, you don't need them over water and it will let you catch it easier!!

Brodie, use a small piece of PVC pipe with a flange and some double sided tape for a handle on the bottom of the drone for a launch and recovery handle. Simple and easy!
