before joining Sahaj Marg, I was deep into Silva Mind Control and NLP.
And after joining Sahaj Marg I left it entirely,
but now i feel your guided sessions are no different than those sessions, except in those sessions there was no explicit mention of 5 points in heart Region and the connection of our heart with the heart of Master.
Further Babuji had mentioned in many of this writings our method is complete and needs no more addition of any element.
