W KN I'm sure its just down to preference, I see the pro's changing up their Yasuo runes all the time. I would probably say its down to whether you trust the crit chance or not, I mean, if you build IE and Shiv, that's 80% crit chance without the crit runes. With the crit runes you could boost this up to the usual 90% that a lot of Yasuo's run, just to better your chances of getting a critical strike. On the other hand, you could take the flat AD marks if you're fine with just the 80% crit chance after your core items. Hope I helped somehow :D

+sollmoll they didn't nerf yasuo q it got buffed since q is now on 4 second cool down at all lvl which makes it pointless to max q first now since u get more damage with e per lvl
