Hey, there! You've also used a French word in one expression: CUISINE, when you mentioned that you want to be a connoisseur in the French cuisine. Been there twice and loved it!
Sam,you are ROCKING , I watch and listen your accent carefully .it is helping me a lot. My dream is to trvel entire world. The way , you are exploring major european cities is making me crazy.
I am glad I have learned these two words 'Deja Vu' because I have had this feeling before but just do not know these two words describe the feeling I had. Thank you.
Hi Sam, I just want to say Thanks a lot on being a CONNOISSEUR for us to explore a SPLENDOURS City of Paris and also give us some new Vocabularies such as to RSVP, RENDEZVOUS, DE JAVU, ENTRANCED, CABARET, AVANT-GARDE, BRASSERIE, PROMENADE etc. 😄👍💥✨🗼💯
THANK YOU SO MUCH. ❤️ I AM FROM Aarhus/ Denmark. 👍👍😊 I hope you come to Aarhus / Denmark 🇩🇰🇩🇰in future. We love english people in Aarhus/Denmark. Love from Aarhus to England. ❤️❤️
Not watching your videos is a faux pas because they are amazing( How come you don't watch the videos by Sam?!!!). France is a beautiful place. I really want to learn French. One more thing: Sam, all the videos you've made are amazing with you narrating.😄
Hi, Papi, Thank you for the effective way of teaching (and learning) English. I like British English. I grew up in a British English city but my mother tongue is not English. May I suggest you add in a couple of idioms every time?
Thank you! 😃 I'm glad you found it effective and useful. If you check out other videos in this series, I always focus a lot on idioms. Due to this video being focused on the French influence on the English language, I decided to focus more on specific words. Thanks for the feedback and I hope you enjoy more videos learning English and travelling the world!
Your Paris vlog is absolutely Crisp and a total chic one and Paris is an absolutely lovely place to be in! And Despite you being a British, your French Pronounciation are absolutely on point where I've seen most struggle. You're getting there ! Also, do come visit USA sometime. I'm sure you'll love it here.
Sam, I wish that you should get opprtunity to travel US extensively in all major cities and we should get a lot from you exploring american culture from different states soon
@@PAPIEnglish Yes, you are right, they are both amazing cities! I lived longer in London and I had amazing experiences there, maybe, that's why I love London a little bit more!
Is 8:00 a reference to "Les malheurs de Sophie", an anime about a young french girl who lives during an age when there was strict education, the kinda "former life" of France ?
I had a déjà vu when I was in the 4th grade visiting a market in Braga a nearby city from Porto, Portugal, where i grew up. I never had been to this city before. I don't believe in past lives but I do wonder if one of my ancestors worked in that market and this memory was passed down to me in a memory cell.
@@PAPIEnglish I love your videos! Yes, you should go to Porto! Many Americans are falling in love with Porto and moving there! This American couple in the link below moved to Porto! CONNOISSEUR : the word doesn’t exist in France. Connaisseur is the good word.
