Frozen buckler was a card that only gave armor that saw tons of play. As you mentioned, being able to wipe a board with sanitize when you had 0 armor on turn 5 and gain 6 / 9 hp is extremely strong against aggro matchups. The fact that later in the game it becomes a two mana fireball (at worst) is really nice.
I think safety goggles has the added value to highlander decks of being another option for armor gain as you’re typically limited in non duplicate decks
the second time you get armor in a turn, wouldn't it trigger the 2nd patron to summon a third ? the text says "the first time you get armor" but i dont know if that statement mean that the newly summon patron keep track of the previously gain armor or not
Both the first Lab Patron and the summoned copy would look at the whole turn, so the copy wouldn't summon another copy if you armor gained again (this is assuming the interaction isn't bugged in some way)
Saftey goggles goes well with the card that creates a fire spell after casting a spell. For well, fire warrior. If you curve out it’s not bad for value
Botface gives some strong Mech-Bear-Cat vibes. A minion that takes damage to generate 1 cost cards in your hand. Mini's are probably better on average than Spare Parts and Warrior has more ways to intentionally ping their stuff (With Aftershocks and Bladestorm) but ehh... Feels kind of strange. I don't feel it in Taunt Warrior where its stats and cost are kind of trash (Also Taunt Warrior is losing Lor'themar which was the main way the deck actually became threatening) and Mech Warrior seems more focused on Deathrattles with their weapon and spells (And Legendary) to make copies of stuff and cheat out damaged copies of things (Which can synergize with Faceless) and of course Odyn Warrior has absolutely no use for the card.
I definitely agree on the packages that they make every expansion. Sometimes I really wish they would just make general use good cards for each class that don’t have to revolve around some synergistic package. Because every deck just ends up, feeling like a one trick pony. I don’t know just my opinion.
With your suggestion, where every card is strong with generic usage, the power level of the Wild format will be insane. Imagine what would happen if new cards from every expansion can be added to existing archetypes.

Just a revolting card, the kind that would make a bad card like geomancer yipp from back in the day good because of the 0 cost no setup nature. Shield slam, sanitize, in wild you have shield shatter, just all cards that become instant board wipes 1-2 turns sooner than they should now that this card exists. It basically earns a free spot in Highlander control warrior rn because you can drop it alongside the necessary turn 6 brann for even more safety. There’s a reason that time and time and time again 0 cost cards get nerfed, and it’s because they are pure upside on top of the tools a class already has, ESPECIALLY if they are defensive. Any 0 mana card that you can stuff in your deck that delays the opponent increases the odds you flip the script on a more aggressive deck.
I see the combo on 4 for patron and safety googles costing 0. Not sure how likely you will hit it but there's also the possibility of getting the location, summoning out something with chemical spill and copying it. Because it targets highest cost minion you can know exactly what it will summon.

The FIRST TIME you do something in a turn is accounted for even before an effect that interacts with it enters play (Another one is playing Love Everlasting you don't get a discount after playing it because it was the first spell you played that turn)
Obviously armor by itself is just an extension of your health, but Warrior is THE class to use it in proactive ways. Shame on you for discounting it because it’s not much by itself.
5 mana summon 10 mana minion and deal 5 damage to it basically. Seems like a scam you can make deck around. Maybe discount the spell and play it on turn 4 or 3 if possible. But with ways to remove big minions, I don't really know if it is going to be valid at all.
Hmm I hope the armor direction warrior has stays, and gets a different wincon from odin into instakill. It really sucks when druid casually has more armor than warrior.
Really happy to see big warrior finally get some more support, as it's a pretty interesting archetype. Instead of just the usual 'gain loads of armor' or 'oh no I hit my own minions and then beat you down with insane damage'
It has some merit. As it only is just rotating, it's still within recent memory. While the overall idea is to capture the sort of things that could be good synergies. It's not useful for deckbuilding in the new expansion... But cards are often rated in an overall sense during reveals.
As a warrior, I cannot wait for yet another expansion where I will spend 4 minutes watching my opponent draw a card, play a card, discover two cards, play a card, draw a card, shuffle 2 cards into his deck, play a random secret, discover a random spell, steal a card from my deck, and barely manage to play 3 3/1 divine shield minions on the board in time, so I could play a 9-drop straight into the Objection.
I think, soon Odin will be nerfed in style of duels passives, like: "For the rest of the game, after your hero gains FIRST Armor in a turn, they gain that much Attack for that turn."
I think the nerf will be more on the lines of "For the rest of the game, whenever your hero would gain armor gain that much Attack until end of turn instead."
Chemical spill is insane - Turn 4, location Crimson Expanse, turn 5 Grommash, deal 10, get a dormant copy, turn 6, 2x battleworn faceless, 40 damage in 2 turns.
