    Hey Cliff, is there a way for the AODD pump to spray consistent streams and not pulsate?

    • @PinkFlamingoPowerWash
      @PinkFlamingoPowerWash 5 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Yes typically you have to use the correct nozzles , that's a culprit. Also check for air leaks. 3rd there's an little Allen screw that you can adjust to get rid of it. Those are the top 3 things usually that makes it pulsate.

    Quality content as always, my ar45 system, when doing roof washes. Curious how much sh you go through typically. Did a roughly 3500 sqft roof and i ran through close to 33 gallons of sh on it. Normal to you? or does that seem excessive to you? I did have to hit a few spots a couple times. it was quite nasty.

    • @PinkFlamingoPowerWash
      @PinkFlamingoPowerWash ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hmmm yea sometimes I've gone through that much as well. Roughly 30gals for me on that size roof with my 12v system on my truck. The big roof on this thumbnail we used about 30-35gallons as well. The 1st one was small we used maybe 15 ish gallons

    I’ve always rinsed roofs, so you guys never do? That would save me a hell of amount of time. Think a 3-4 percent mix is safe to let dry on metal and shingle roofs? Not questioning you at all, I’m genuinely asking because if so I believe I’m gonna start doing that!

      If its rains a little bit and there's no gutters it's possible the mixture could burn grass or plants but if you rinse the ground and plants really well then you can protect yourself. Or if you want you could rinse hard of the roof. Rinse from the drip edge up to halfway up.

    Hi Cliff, just a question is a truck set up better than a trailer set up what you think. I see you have a new wash truck.

    • @PinkFlamingoPowerWash
      @PinkFlamingoPowerWash ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I personally don't like trailers. There's a lot of neighborhoods that is very difficult to get in and out of also just maneuvering through traffic down here sucks. But they are great if your truck happens to break down then you can rent a truck and keep working. That's the major difference. I love the truck cause I can just get in and go, and the weight capacity is a major advantage.

    Yep, keep an eye on the temp. Reading g known as "wet bulb temp" that's what the military, OSHA, and allot of high schools now use to prevent heat stroke. Heat index is not an accurate safety measurement. 90 deg wet bulb means it's time to finish and come back later.

    The main issue with not rinsing is two part. If it does not rain for 4-7 days the salt dries shingles out, secondly, roof still doesn't look Clean when done when not rinsed and if it rains next day, all that salt get's drowned on plant's again. You can charge more if you rinse. Trust Me, we landscape and roof wash, pressure wash. Air systems, Go see Lori and Rex Smith , pioneers of All flow Air Pumps in clearwater

    Those air systems don’t perform as good as you would think the gpm rating is at 0psi so realistically your getting 5-7gpm at 60-90 psi. Plenty for a roof. Personally I would snag a X6 for roofs and a AR45 for everything else’s except concrete then I’m using my 17gpm 37hp Kohler with a 49” sc
