brother mere pas TS7 ha.. usay on karne ke 2 3 minutes ke bad display hang ho jata ha.. Bluetooth or volume up down kaam karti rehti ha..display hang rehta ha.. kia problem ho sakta ha? factory reset bi kar lia ha... or battery se disconnect kar ke bi check karlia ha

Hello, I have a similar, if not the same, issue with my multimedia system as shown in this video. Initially, the left part of the touchscreen, including the buttons and 2cm from the left side, wasn't responsive. I tried restarting by going to Car Settings > Factory Reset, but it didn't solve the problem. Calibration also doesn't work in that area. After some time, the entire screen stopped working. I purchased a new touchscreen on AliExpress, replaced it, but the entire touchscreen still doesn't work. I can only control the multimedia system with a mouse through the USB connector. In the calibration, there are no fields; they are all empty. Could you please tell me if it's possible that there's a software issue? Also, how can I perform a complete hard reset? I don't know how to access the Android recovery mode. It seems like the Factory Reset doesn't erase everything from the system.

@@isc555Yes, I tried to reset it to the factory settings but I don't know the password to access that option (engineering test debugging ..). I was only able to do a normal reboot but everything stayed the same. My screen is a 10.1 "Imars (from Bangood). Everything apparently works correctly, but the stereo shows some vertical stripes and lost colors in more than half of the screen. I opened the back of the screen and found a disconnected white cable (This one has about 7 conductors or cables). Curiously, this stereo never turned on the button lights. There are 2 possible places to connect this cable. I plugged it to the connector just like you did and now the button lights come on but they don't change color. (But this is not important to me)

@@isc555 Hello friend: I reset the stereo to the factory parameters but it did not improve. What could be damaged: the touch, the LCD or the circuit board? Stereo works well except for faint colors and vertical streaks. When the screen is off and only the time is shown, the problem is more noticeable because it lost the black color in more than half of the screen. Thanks
