- Today we bake delicious Berliner muffins for the crazy days of carnival 🥳 or just so 🤣 ... have fun with the video !
Ingredients :
Yeast dough :
150g milk
1/2 cube fresh yeast
40g soft butter
350g flour
70g sugar
1 pinch of salt
1 egg
Also :
about 100g jam of your choice, Nutella or similar.
40g melted butter
40g powdered sugar
