The reason you missed those shot twice even though you were locked onto the bear is because while charging the skill if you move the joystick then it'll change your bullet to whatever direction you moved the joystick to. Its not the game tweaking or anything its a westwind thing to change your aim if the target moves.

long press WW in mobile is so hard the charging bar is overshadowed by the buffs during battle that's why i never charge it i just click it and the game charge it bybdefault

Shadow scythe is probably the easiest weapon to use. It doesn't have any different mechanics or anything just one crit buff and hold skill. To use it properly make sure always hold the skill button and for dps against bosses ideally use all buffs and use shadow step before using the skill.
