Also, I understand that business debts can't be seen on the personal (credit profile) side. But, can't they see the debt on your business credit report? Do some of the banks also check your business credit profile as well?

My problem is that my credit score has dropped, and I recently had to consolidate almost $20k in debt, where they closed the CC and set up a repayment plan. Not the best plan, but I had to do what worked for me at the time. Given this, is there still hope for me to improve my credit score or remove those items from my credit report? Is it wise to use a business credit card to pay off all of my remaining personal credit cards?

My name is Robert God bless as well sister, so I’m about to close on my first investment property, duplex to the FHA. Hi....I would like to know about inquires that you have PG'd to secure business credit? I hear don't delete anything that has an account attached to it but keep inquiries low? Can the inquires that you have opened with Business credit be deleted from personal with no problems with open accounts?

So after the zero % interest is over on your business credit card after 12 months and you go to 17% there's no reason to use that business credit cause you will be stuck with a high interest payment.
Transfer the balance to another 0% interest card.

I had a loan officer push me to create an LLC with the intent to help me get into multifamily investing. She didn't advise me well on the name at all, it has Realty in it! SMH
