Same here! As a Real fan, I became so fond of him (and Lewandowski as well ) after they absolutely thrashed us in Westfalenstadion back in 2012-13. Such a terrific player.

Reus became my favorite player cause he showed me how beautiful loyalty is, and as Dortmund returned that loyalty back to him through support I slowly became a fan of that club. It's heart breaking seeing all the missed titles and tournaments because of bad luck, but not every great story has a happy ending. God bless you, Reus. Will always support Dortmund thinking about you and the fans.

Nope. Shmelle fits the captain role perfectly. He's been loyal to the club all these years, and he's earned it. Not saying Reus is not fit for captaincy, but the likelihood of him not playing a number of games this season will prove to be an issue for the captain role.
if he can be the best Reus for more than 5 league matches and be important on difficult champions league matches he will be th captain in the second half of the season. 2017 is Reuss´ year.

In my opinion one of the best players out there plain and simple 💪👌
2:01 look at this ... panna and then tack tack tack 5 steps in 2 seconds. Lightning quick acceleration and he didn't seem to break a sweat. He may have not been the absolute fastest football player, but watching him sprint or accelerate was always spectacular. His way of sprinting was so elegant.
And the footwork ... With his dancing feet ... Spectacular. The scene ended with another outdribble of a player and a top spin shot, that qas barely kept out of goal by the goalie with the help of the crossbar.
