Small addition to the "shoulders then pants" rule of thumb for set convert gambling: - For Barb, it's always the best to gamble pants - WD, when gambling for Zunimassa, wants to gamble boots instead of pants
About the convert set item recipe, the odds of getting a different set item from the ones you already have gets diminishing returns when you start to have your first set complete. When you get your first duplicate it's 5/5 (100%) to get a different piece and have 2 piece bonus. The third piece is a 4/5 chance (80%). The Fourth piece is (3/5) which is 60% chance of getting the right different piece. After that is better to gamble on Kadala the item you want rather than rolling Shoulders, pants or boots and then converting for another item of the set in the cube.

Each bounty 4 man run in random group takes about 10 minutes +/- and each box drops about 90-95 blue and white materials and around 35-45 green materials each box and 22 bounty specific materials, also each box. So u can get around 6 times 5 boxes per hour. Meaning, 132 special bounty materials(each box), around 540+ blue and 540+ white materials and around 210+ green materials pec hour.
small addition:(this took me way to long to realize, years ago) pick up white items!, they salvage for WAY more parts than yellows and since it's a 1:1 ratio when you convert mats in the cube, picking up white items is actually SUPER good regardless of what material you want. So pick up those white items my dudes! For too long i didn't read how much you got per salvaged item, i always just thought it was 1 material per salvage regardless of color.
Yeah I was gonna say this too. If you salvage a rare item you only get 1 yellow material but if you salvage a white item you get 10 white materials which you can just convert into 10 yellow/blue depending on what you need most. Actually the ability to convert materials in the cube is something I only recently became aware of. I never even looked at those recipes properly before because nobody ever talked about them in any videos lol

Even though I don't usually play non seasonal characters that much it would be a nice way to deck out one of your non seasonal characters with a full set of primal gear
Yeah they vanish. thats why I have been telling my mates to only use the Crucibles on crappy versions of items that drop. if you pick up a good Ancient item you should keep it for your non seasonal character. I watched a moron use a crucible on a Primal Dawn last week and had to pick my jaw up off the floor. I abused him to no end for 2 days straight. Some people just need a good slap every now and then.
i got a tip for getting veiled crystals, you can craft rings or amulets at the jewler and then salvage them they cost 2 gems to craft and no other materials so you pretty much convert 2 gems to 1 veiled crystal
First, dont think anyone enjoys bounties, and imo the game would be better off if they just removed them from the game entirely. it would kill bounty-botting, and it'd be a buff for low-paragon players that often spend way too much time running bounties when they should be running GRs. But apart from the first few runs for your rorg and avarice, you don't really need to do them. You can target your weak slots pretty well with upgrading rares and gambling, and at low paragon you want to focus on just running speed GRs for paragon anyway. It's only really once you get to like 3k+ paragon and have close to perfect gear in most slots that bounties become a really good option to max out your last pieces. And of course, this season bounties are even less important, as you can target your weakest slot with the season theme anyway. So unless you want to compete at top 10 of leaderboards, imo, bounties are entirely optional.
Was gearing a LoN bombardment crusader for fun like the old days and im just wondering how the hell did they gear up so well, having area dmg and thorns on all their equips even though torment was lower and farming was slower back then. How'd they do it back then lol
They offer max roll, this video tell you what items in what order. Their gearing guide for each build tells you what stat to go for first in a very intuitive way. I highely recommend looking at the "Item stat priorities." With this video you have the perfect pairing. The only complexity remaining is when an item is good enough to focus on another part of your build and come back later. Generally you focus on the first half of the prio list then only care about what you are lacking (vit, all res...)
Hey there, id like to ask since I noticed this in your vid as well as almost every build, why are captain crimson pants preferred over captain crimson boots? It seems much easier to roll proper boots than pants with two sockets/ancient and proper stats
Yes! Exactly this. Makes no sense to me, we might be missing something perhaps? I've seen a couple completely scuffed ancients wasted because of having no or one socket on the pants.
@@eddsson for example in tal rasha build boots is very important for dmg (nilfur) so you cant trade it with crimson. So you gotta wear it. That means you cant wear tal rasha boots.
