Manawa Flash Flood

Just a quick run between the Mill Pond and the Park. Visible in the video is erosion between the dam and the local library, sand left by the receding flash flood waters, and a very wet park. This also shows some good city planning though, because it's better to have a park in the flood plain than housing.

One of these days that dam needs to be fixed.
