I've visited 73 tourist attractions in Indonesia (2012 - 2018), but that's only 0.1% of Indonesia's total. There are still many tourist attractions in Indonesia that I haven't visited. Because I have a lot of lists that I have to visit, but because of the corona virus I postponed all of that.

I've been to Indonesia so many times, yet i feel like i just exploring not even 1% of these beautiful country.. from my experience and as a divers, raja ampat is exactly the heaven on earth...
In indonesia we have mountain, active volcano mountain, we have beach, we have sea, we have lake, we have snow, we have desert, we have savana, we have nature, we have historical monument call candi.etc, we have huge forest, we have waterfalls, we have huge caldera, we have many diferent language, many diferent culture, we have everything beautifull stuff, yesss indonesia was piece of heaven that fall to the earth.

Jakarta can be interesting for tourism, it's just that Indonesia is such an amazingly beautiful country with so many great places to visit that coming all the way to Indonesia only to spend time in Jakarta is a little baffling for many of us. Most people would choose Bali or Yogyakarta or some of the remote islands to visit.

The thing that you never realize is you need your whole life to trip around Indonesia, even you move by island to island every day, bcause there are 17000 islands, ifca year is 365 day in three years you can onky move 1000 islands, think that!! Haaa...haa... salam from Jawa
i know i'm late but raja ampat is the number one tourism spot even among indonesian, then arguably bali or labuan bajo coming in second and komodo right there... they're not playing, you trespass and then say hello to your grave, and oh yeah that snow right there is the only snow we have here in indonesia and is located at the highest point in indonesia. if you want to visit every wonderful spots like in the videos, a month or even a yeah is not enough, you need more than that.

Did you know that Atlantis is actually Indonesia, several islands have sunk. Modern Civilization looks like a large temple there and there are still many like the largest Borobudur in the world.
As Indonesian, i can say everplace in Indonesia is magical except Jakarta.
Especially Bali and raja ampat, i suggest u to spend atleast 1month to explore 😂

About snow..it's only on cartens pyramid there is snow..not on other place..
About diving..almost all of Indonesian island have diving spot and there's no agresive shark in it..
And komodo is the largest lizard on earth..and they only could find in komodo national park..
A month..?? you can't explore even half of bali in a month..
only in indonesia you can see KOMODO

There are many beautiful place in Komodo National park (KNP). Normally the tour in KNP took 3 days liveonboard. If you like swimming, snorkeling, hiking and Diving KNP is heaven and one of the most beautiful place to visit in Indonesia. And if you scary with komodo dragon you can stay onboard if you join the tour. Will host G20 Annual meeting in 2022, Labuan Bajo ( a gate to KNP) is super destination that is developing by government now to become world class destination. And the important things, KNP is more affordable than Raja Ampat even for Indonesian who stay in the island on the center of Indonesia. Raja Ampat is very remote and will take time and expensive to reach. So if you have 2 weeks for vacation and first time to Indonesia, Bali - Lombok - Labuan Bajo (KNP) is the best combo and they are only separate by 1 hour flight. And you will not disappointed by the beauty of beaches in Lombok and KNP.
