Idk if for the dream team you are supposed to pick only current players. Like in football you can imagine some of the titans playing in the same team, even if some are clearly retired now. I really like Sneykings pick, because 2018-2019 LGD were absolutely amazing to watch, and I'm a hard core OG fan. Actually probably because they gave OG a run for their money I liked them this much.
Football is a game that doesn't change in gameplay overtime. Which is why performances in the past are comparable. Comparing players' performances in two different patches in dota is just not a good idea. They have peak times in different patches and seems difficult to be put together.
They gave og a hard time and that game 5, I was actually rooting for og but before the stolen boat clash from jerax, I legit thought lgd already had it. OG lanes all lost but they manage to come back.

I'd put Miracle- at pos2(mid). He proved himself not just in TI but also in Majors.
He was a good midlaner, but not a pure midlaner. Him and matu are both 1/2 just depends on their pick. Miracle- is more of a pos1 for me.
