Today, I am going to show you my simple and easy recipe for atta or whole wheat flour biscuits. In this video, I am going to show you how to make biscuits in a kadai or a cooker, without using any microwave or oven. This is the easiest cookie/biscuit recipe you will find on the internet!
The best part? These are super easy to make, crispy to eat and can be stored for long! Let's dive into the recipe, shall we?
✅ Ingredients:
~Makes 20 Biscuits~
⅓ cup or 75gms Desi Ghee
⅓ cup or 45gms Sugar (powdered)
1cup or 125gms Atta (Whole Wheat Flour)
½ cup or 75gms Besan (gram flour)
1 small pinch Baking Powder
¾ tsp Cardamom powder
a tiny pinch Salt
a dash Milk
