I got out when I was 17. I hate that I have some family that are still in, but life is a decision and I can’t force them to make a different decision. Massive respect for telling your story! Have fun discovering things you never had the chance before!!
Thank you for sharing your experience! It’s tough when family stays in, but you’re right-everyone has to make their own decisions. Massive respect back to you for getting out so young! Wishing you all the best as you continue creating the life you truly want. 😊
I went for a walk to shrine and temples. The surroundings of um is so amazing and beautiful and especially the trees around made me feel so comfortable. It was my first time since woke from JW, that I was able to praise the nature not an invisible so-called creator.
That sounds like such a peaceful and grounding experience! It’s incredible how freeing it feels to appreciate nature for what it is without attributing it to an invisible force. Here’s to more moments of connection with the beauty around us. 🌿✨
When you're old enough to know what you want, you can go out or choose a religion as long as you still have God in your heart. Enjoy your life without hurting others. Be free but be a good person.
That's a great perspective! I completely agree-it's important to live authentically and with kindness. Ultimately, it's about finding what aligns with your values while being respectful to others.
Yes, i agree that they're controlling, & manipulatuve. Nangabit yong asawa ng pinsan q. Tas wala lang kahit na inaapakan n@ buong pagkatao niya. Hindi pwedeng rumesbak sa kabit na feeling original... Mental health talaga nila di na maganda... Sana mauntog na't magising sa katotohanan that their religion is a good for nothing
I can't remember from your previous videos whether or not you interacted much with the JWs in Vietnam. I just got back to the States from visiting there. This was the first time I didn't connect with any JWs. But I remember things being pretty strict, especially the matronly way the women dressed
Thanks for bringing this up! During my time in Vietnam, I didn’t have much interaction with JWs, but I’ve heard similar observations about how strict things can be, especially with the dress code. It’s interesting how these cultural nuances carry over even in different countries. Hope you had a great trip back to the States!
Here in the Philippines we are currently contracting our new KH, but I kept thinking why we don't even have free food for the fare to the site? and I also saw that there were many women who volunteered and I felt a little sorry because it was too much to work without even being given free food, we even bought our own food
@poorboy4855. There is a scriptural command: "You shall not muzzle the ox while he is threshing." This is originally designed to say that pastors (who spend a lot of time preparing their teaching) should be paid. The principle to apply is that people who devote their time/labor to ministry should be able to benefit (if only meals) from their efforts. This is one reason (AMONGST MANY!) why I am not a JW.
Good evening po sana po paki topic mo rin po kung bakit yung mga JW ay ayaw ng Blood donation sila lang po yung hindi nagdodonate,Nagpapasalin ng blood kung kailangan ng isang Pasyente sa Hospital
What’s something you’ve enjoyed or would love to experience after leaving a restrictive environment? Let’s share our stories!

You are beautiful inside & out. It is hard adjusting the mindset and how to go about it. Beautiful mind!!
