Would it not be better to have your right /front leg's knee slightly bended, even in the backwards leaning positions, instead of completely stretched as you demonstrated? I find that having a slight bend at all times improves agility and speed, and might make it easier to march or retreat as it's needed
In Capoferro there is no weight on the front leg so it dosent matter if it is bent or straight as it can be moved instantly either way. You are at a disadvantage should you need to back up quickly tho as you have to shift your weight forward to retreat.
