@@NoahEats You are better off going to a real old school pizza shop. I would recommend Brothers in Fresh Meadows and Tommys near Throgs Neck in the Bronx.
Lol, first time someone mentioned that it was like Sesame Street :) thanks for watching! I wonder what you think of my latest video on L'Industrie or Peter Luger's. Thanks for any feedback!
That was a great review, full of awesome information, after all that hard work I wish he would have gotten a better score but it is what is is. Great job Noah
You would think that. I tasted like it had been sitting around and then reheated a couple times. I waited some time just for a slice. Ill try it again.
Oh wow, didn't expect the average score after all that footage of highly praised dough making! I initially gave Scarr's a 7.9 and then went back for a rescore a year later and gave it an 8.1. It's a two cheese and the crust was it's own I thought. Quality oregano. And it was nice to see you out at night !!! lol
I could barely see where I was walking after Scarr's. I had to walk back to Lombardi's to get my umbrella! Definitely, my expectation was a lot higher, but it felt like a failed reheat, like they made a bunch prior and the oven was not working that good that night. Not like Prince Street, where as soon as you order, they pie comes out and they slice it and give it to you.
Love Scarr's! It's up there as my favorite with Joe's. You should check out the pies at Fascati in Brooklyn Heights. A hole-in-the-wall cash only joint with some underrated slices. It's been in the neighborhood for decades!
There was something that was off on this slice. While the ingredients was top end. Something happened to the prep and/or oven. It was not as hot and it had the taste of left over pizza that was not reheated correctly :(
I was impressed by their squares. Was almost as good (85-90%) as Prince St for their pepperoni slice and still had other great options. At Prince St they do a GREAT pepperoni. Their other offerings are meh.
Thanks for Sharing. Will make it a place among many to stop and try. Stay Safe. Stay Healthy.
Love to hear about what you thought, please check out my other pizza playlists
Scarrs is a replica of what a typical slice shop was in the 70s and 80s in NY.
It does have a cool vibe. I need to revisit as this slice was underwhelming

Just what I love seeing! Thank you for showing us the behind the scenes, it is always great to know where our food is coming from!
It was cool to share
Great information! I've always enjoyed Scarr's, but never knew just how much goes into creating their pizza.
A lot of people can benefit from how the develop their pizza. I found it fascinating to gather different sources and make something coherent
Loved watching the whole process of making pizza from scratch and using healthier ingredients.
Just a short insight on 🍕
i like the pacing of this. reminds me of a kids show on PBS

I am obsessed with the idea of milling one's own flour - someday!!! And the size of that stick blender!
It's cool to make stuff!
That is amazing how they make the pizza crust! I wish we had Scarr’s where I live
You might have to build that pizza yourself. If you build it they will come!
@@NoahEats oooh great idea 😂
Cool video.
Thanks for watching, what did you like most about this video?
Awesome video i haven’t been there in ages
So many options we have in the city, you can probably hit all the pizzerias and it would take months to repeat. But let's see your video soon!
Wow.... the process of making this pizza.... I'm appreciating even more of my next piece of pizza after this 😄💕
Enjoy! Love to see that video. Make it part of your next date!
This is bucket list pizza
Hope you visit soon

Thanks for watching and the recommendation. Please share the videos
what cheese blend do they use?
Thanks for watching, majority of the cheese will be mozzarella, pecorino and some parmesan
I liked this video better than the last one definitely ... but why 7.1 you need to say it Noah 😉
