Lovely. Simply, lovey! I marvel at your poise and creativity. I'm a 65yo self-taught silversmith and lapidarist. If I've learned anything, it has been to listen to the piece it's self. Never have I finished a piece the way it was drawn. Embrace the Chaos. Stonebutcher
Yvonne I hope you poured yourself your favorite drink after this marathon wire wrap video! This necklace is absolutely stunning and very intricate! Definitely not for a beginner or even intermediate.....this is for experts only! Bravo!!!
Wow Von, that piece is like an antique piece of jewelery, one that anyone would treasure for the rest of their life. It is so beautiful and i so enjoyed watching you create it. You Wow me, and your skills with wire are just amazing.I was so impressed with just the focal piece, then you went ahead and made the most fantastic chain I have ever seen. YOUR Niece is going to love it.
Thank you for letting us into your thought process. Many times we don't get to see that in many videos and, to me, I learn so much or as much from that as all the other process, so thanks and wow, what a great piece!
thats awesome....i was just said you are getting more n more complex detailed pieces...wow...cuz i watch your videos once in while for few years now....i love that laboradite piece....wow...happy trailz keep up the awesome work
Watched from the beginning with all the wires sticking out like a spider...now its so jaw dropping stunning! You are amazing. Obviously a master of the craft of wrapping.
I'm saving this tudorial. I love what you did. This piece is just gorgeous. Well done. Chain weave may not be my cup of tea, but what you showed me so far is absolutely exquisite.
First time viewer here and I'm in love with this. I've already seen it twice and will be watching it again soon. I especially loved the little bizantine knot tutorial. It is one of my favorite styles, but I had never seen it done before! I have a newfound respect for the artisans that make bizantine style jewelry now. 😅
I'm so glad you mentioned scuffing up the wire and needing to polish it up later. I'm not sure, but I don't think you've done a video about how to fix all those ugly scuff marks us beginners get on our wires. That would help me sooooo much.
@@backtoearthcreations That would be awesome, because I can't find videos anywhere, from anybody, showing how they do it and what they use. If you could add something about sealing jewelery pieces that have parts that might tarnish or discolor against the skin that would be helpful too. YOU'RE AWESOME! It was your video about painting dragon's eyes that first introduced me to wire wrapping, and I've been hooked ever since. LOL
Get smooth pliers without grip. Not putting the marks on in the first helps a lot. I had to buy all new tools to bend silver forks into bracelets. The round ones are good.
I have watched this video in segments for the past 3 days, it's very cool to watch, you must had the patients of a saint. I have thoroughly enjoyed watching your technique and how this pendent came out. It sure is a beautiful necklace!
Hey gal, love your little laugh as you instruct, the wire work is fascinating, I have been making fine jewelery for many years. I have done some wire work, but not much. I have been watching many videos on wire work and I intend to learn more and make a few pieces of fine jewelery in wire. TKS for the great instruction. I am subscribed.
Yvonne that is absolutely stunning. Beautiful. Love the chain too. Watching your tutorials is very relaxing. You have a very calming quality in the way you present them. I'm also going to start going along with your Yoga journey too :-)
Your video has inspired me to want to try working with wire now, I am a beginner so I know I will have to find another one of your videos and start off from the beginning to learn how to make this, thank you for such a great job in explaining and showing how to do this, can't wait to check out your other videos.
I've watched a few wire wrapping tutorials over the years. Quite a few actually. They are all very polished (no pun intended) and make beautiful work which is inspiring and makes me itch to create... but yours was next level. I really loved experiencing your process along with you and hearing you ponder and explain as you went. It added so much more to the creation. I am not one to gush and make extravagant proclamations; I actually find it cringe, but.... lady, you make the most amazing peices and have earnt yourself not only a subscriber who is going to unabashedly attempt to steal (aka copy with mediocrity) your designs, which of course will morph into something else as I try to recreate them, but you have a new admirer and worshipper 😉 Much love & Peace out, for now ✌️
So well said. I founded ivone, and I absolutely admire her and love her amazing creations. Her personality her smile she is so sweet and so real. I am one of her fans too. I loved your comment. I so agree with you.😊
😮WOW, it is all I could say. Your work is AMAZING!! I am new to wire wrapping and I have learned so much watching your video's. This necklace is truly one of your best. Great job!! You are an ARTIST. I hope one day to be as good as you. Thank you so much for your videos. ❤
I really like the way you present, very natural and inviting. I could never do this necklace but I was still enthralled by the process and your thinking/approach. Great work.
OMG. That is amazing! I Love watching you create. You stay so calm. So pretty. I like to go to your videos when I feel like giving up. You help me go back and continue my learning path. Thank You! 😍
I watched this and you are amazing!! The details are on point and you inspire me… I am very new and at times want to give up. Thanks for your inspirations 🥰
I absolutely Love Love Love this piece. Your tutorial was soo detailed and there was so many tips I thought you gave. I've never tried making jewelry but lately I've been watching a lot of tutorials and today I happened upon your tutorial and I have got to try this. You are so inspirational. I love your calming voice, I had to make a comment. Thank so much for sharing your gift.
Wow…so creative Yvonne. Beautiful drawings of your peice to come. Do you actually make up these ideas in your head, you are in heaven girl. It also helps to have such amazing equipment, which you have earned. What a stone, where do you get such beautiful stones? Some great tips for a weave chain mail. Thanks for sharing your awesome world with us and sharing so much artwork and creativity. Love love love & Much appreciated 😃
hey Yvonne! First I want to say that I love watching your tutorials! You are so talented. I am a beginner wrapper, i have only done about 10 pieces and I love challenging myself. I know I can make the jump rings but I am wondering if I could achieve something similar by making a coil instead of the chainmaile bezzel? I absolutely love this design and I hope your niece loved it as well. I'm just realizing this was posted 3 years ago but I am so happy to have found your page! Thank you for sharing your skills and talent with us!! Much love!
Been a while since I watched your videos! Really fun video, you have always made me smile! You created a new favorite! The first one was the bee with a donut cab! Much love to you and thank you for teaching me so much! :)
