Hi sir I want to ask a very important question. Are there fake interviews by the company without any intention to hire but they just keep on taking interview . I get call every year from the same company for same position.
I have heard few theories .
1. Internal candidate is already choosen but as a policy external candidate should be interviews
2. Jus to know get more knowledge of workings in other companies.
3. To show that company is doing good and hiring more ppl.

Sir maine 5 saal electric department me work kiya as contract me. after close my contract me abhi me oil and gas company me jane wala hu. as fresher kyo ki mera previous work kuch kaam nai aaya. so 20kctc me maine firse shuraat ki hai. abhi me kaise aage badhu aur kaise apne aapko vapas level me lavu permanent job hai. aaj me 30 ka ho gaya hu. aur kam salary me work kar raha hu. kya me aapne aapko 3 saal ne balance kar sakuga and advice?
