More like After burner 1 as opposed to after burner 2 then if no throttle control. Sorry nerdy i know but had to put the distinction in. Obviously this was a model 2 game so was never gonna translate to the st v board well (aka Saturn) - but if done by Sega itself it would if looked better. See vf2 or Sega rally or vc1 and 2.
At first I liked this game, but got bored with it quickly. Not enough content or variety and not top tier quality (like Sega Rally or Virtua Cop) to make it very replayable. Agree that Sega should have made or ported another game instead.
This supports the mission stick. I'll give it a shot tomorrow.

@@ItsCoolFromSaturn totally agree £40 for 30min game is a piss take. Lol its hold it price and some lol 😆. The Japanese version is a bit cheaper.

This one was not a strange choice to port but strange to just farm this out to a 3rd party without much development history before this.

Yeah I am in 100% agreement. It feels fun at the beginning and then it's just a slog even at half an hour and I felt ripped off at the end of it!
