I love it when younger artists say NCT inspire them cos I feel like the neos are not taking the enough appreciation as seniors, they're really an icon
honestly, my biggest flex is stanning NCT when they were labelled "SM's biggest flop" and "failed project", and years later watching videos of kids saying NCT is their inspiration

@@justquin4397 in the first couple years of ncts debut (2016-2017), they were markedly the least popular/profitable sm group of all. their concept and music has never been super gp friendly. they only started really gaining popularity in 2019-2020 and beyond, with them now being one of the most popular groups in kpop in general

I’m not a fan of Stray Kids but I genuinely love Bangchan and Felix a lot because they seem really nice and genuine idk. Perhaps I’ll check them out just for them, I see them reviewing or interacting with NCT from time to time. I wish NCT was allowed to talk about other groups like that :’)
