Yes, this is a vaccine against the Potentially cancer causing forms of the HPV virus. HPV can cause throat cancer and also cervical cancer. This vaccine can prevent it.
Close to 100% in terms of being able to remove the entire tumor unless the tumor is massively big and wrapping around the nerve. This is exceedingly rare. In terms of recurrence a parotid surgeon with expertise then the recurrence rate should be very low and close to 1%
